Austral Provided me a great price & great service. Had full bond clean, carpets + flea/pest treatment and had no problems. absolutely recommend...

Booked an event clean up for morning after wedding at Gold Coast. No Show. When contacted, asked if they could come the next day. No Thank You. Did it ourselves. Definately NO recommendation from us.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !
I had organised this cleaning company to attend my property for an end of lease bond clean however they attended site and then requested a total of 12hrs work ! We are by no means untidy and it was just a standard deluxe bond clean. I then tried to get in contact with all three contact numbers and via email to then have no response. I finally received an email from the company hours later advising that the cleaners had left site without making contact with their office. I have now had to organise another company at such short notice and have to pay an extra days rent as I'm not able to hand back to keys on time, even though this was organise weeks prior. Very disappointing.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, The cleaners arrived the property and upon inspection requested for additional hours checking the state of the property to complete the job. Unfortunately since the hours were not approved in writing, for more than 1.00 -1.30 hours cleaners had to wait for a feedback. Due to delay the cleaners had to leave the property.

I have just had the same problem I had a guy come to do my bond clean and he said he needed a extra 4/5 hours as they only gave him 6 hours we had a 3 bedroom house there was only myself and my husband living there so it was not dirty and only he was sent to do the bond clean and there were going to charge me a extra $200 on top of $300 is what they Quoted me when I booked 3 weeks prior so I had to go through my realestate to use there cleaners not at all happy with this company will not Recommend cheers

Arrived over 30 min late. Did not stay for hours I paid for. Thoroughly inadequate clean and window screen damaged. No response so far to my request for a partial refund in line with the hours they actually worked. Definitely won't use again.
