Thank you once again Kevin and staff. Anne's funeral was done very well and with dignity. Your choice of celebrant (Trish) couldn't have been any better. Myself, Barry and all of Anne's children were very pleased at how well it went, I think Anne would have approved.

From my 1st contact via phone call I found the staff compassionate and understanding. Kester was extremely helpful, going beyond the call of normal duties. Like taking a worried text query at 7am on the day of the funeral and ringing to ensure we understood and had everything required and planned. Even suggesting alternatives. The best thing my father did was to prepay and arrange his funeral with this company. After experiencing the service and compassion of staff we will be doing the same. A sincere thank you to all for helping us through a difficult time.

From the very 1st visit your firm was most helpful in obtaining all the information from us when filling out the original forms to such an extent that when we needed you when my husband died that everything was in order.

Robyn and the whole team at APF were so understanding on the loss of our son and of our feelings and those of Matts friends they provided a service that truly reflected who Matt was and allowed everyone involved to have input into the celebration of his life it was a very painful time made so much easier by Robyn and a few very kind words by Michael at the service, and even after the service their caring and consideration did not end right through to our collecting Matts ashes. On behalf of the family of Sylvia, we would like to extend our sincere thanks for your help, support and kindness during our recent bereavement. It has been a very painful experience for all of us but was made all that much easier by the helpfulness of your staff.

In particular, we found Michael to be so generous with his compassion and understanding. He took all the time we needed to organise the funeral. He laughed and cried with us as we remembered cherished moments in our mother's life. Nothing was too much for him, every question and every phone call was answered with the same compassion and thoughtfulness.

We would also like to thank the celebrant Jenny Tacken who guided us every step of the way, through every tear and every hug she was there.

We found it very easy to speak with Kester Rebbechi - his calm and respectful manner was very reassuring. He answered all our phone calls promptly and made us feel as though our mother's funeral was the most important thing he had to do.

When considering all the various options for coffins, flowers, stationary etc., Kester spoke about what was available but never attempted to "up sell" by linking the $ value of what might be chosen to the depth of our love for our mother.

In what was a very painful time, the funeral arrangements proceeded efficiently and calmly, which is exactly what we needed. We recommend AP funerals and Kester without reservation.

My mother had left us with instructions as to how her funeral would proceed and she would have been very happy with what APF delivered.
