From my 1st contact via phone call I found the staff compassionate and understanding. Kester was extremely helpful, going beyond the call of normal duties. Like taking a worried text query at 7am on the day of the funeral and ringing to ensure we understood and had everything required and planned. Even suggesting alternatives. The best thing my father did was to prepay and arrange his funeral with this company. After experiencing the service and compassion of staff we will be doing the same.
