Rang me before he arrived and was on time. Anthony was really helpful sourced the problem with my dishwasher and was honest in letting me know when its time for an upgrade. When the cost of a new one outweighs fixing it. He gave me great advice of what machines are good. I will use you again for any other appliance breakdowns.

Anthony kept good advance communication of when he would arrive and he turned up spot on time. He was both cleanly presented and friendly. He then spent a short amount of time to troubleshoot the issue with our washing machine. Replaced the parts and he had me all fixed and running again. Anthony is one of the nicest friendliest repairman I have ever come across. He gave me excellent advise regarding the dishwasher and demonstrated the correct way to clean the dishwasher. Following a minor flood in the laundry, the washing machine shut down. Miele could not get a repairer out for over a week. Anthony responded within 24 hours and charged $100 for the visit. I will definitely be using this service again
