Excellent product, price, delivery service, our item arrived well before the time they estimated, in fact 9 days earlier! Only suggestion is that it would be good to have a contact number to verbally discuss product queries/delivery expediation times etc. Would definitely use their service again.

Not a single complaint from my experience. I spent serious funds to purchase pro standard photography equipment online. That can feel like a gamble. I was very pleased with BecexTech's excellent customer service, delivery and price. I am very happy to use them again and I've already recommended them to two others the very few days since receiving my Canon 5D camera. They kept me informed through the transaction and were diligent in ensuring that my $5000 transaction via credit card was as fraud free as possible by asking additional details. I was very happy to take the extra time to comply. Camera and lens arrived exceedingly quickly and was really well packed. I was initially wary of using a company out of Hong Kong - but my research on Whirlpool Forums and ProductReview.com sites gave me much greater comfort after a consistency of reviews that could not have been faked.

There have been damaged and dead equipment before. Usually from the shipping companies but occasionally just something that was overlooked. Or, just the wrong item. Even if it was MY fault they recognize that I buy my tech from them. They have always done their best to make me happy. This is why I chose them.

I bought a Samsung S7 and within 2 weeks there was a problem with the LCD screen . Becex continually insisted that the problem was caused by physical damage and was not a warranty claim . The cost to repair the phone was quoted $310 I refused to get this repaired and had the phone returned at my cost of $55.00. On receipt I took the phone to Samsung who confirmed it was a warranty claim and damage wasn't caused by physical or liquid damage. The comments from Becex in their email declining warranty was "We have been handling same cases like this" so there must be a number of other customers with the same issue. I have requested a refund lets see what happens.Not impressed with this company at all!

Don't go near them!!!! I've had nothing but problems with the phone I purchased from them.[redacted inflammatory comment] The phone will only sometimes send messages and calls drop out all the time. Internet speed changes all the time. Put my SIM in any other phone and no dramas.

I ordered a Sony Xperia Performance and received the new phone with no problems whatsoever within a few days. If you are looking for a new phone, I would recomend Becextech for safe online purchase.
