First time shopper becextech australia. Not knowing the stock would be posted from Hong Kong. Bought fujifilm x-t2.Extremely fast postage after the 1-3day processing time. Arrived in 5days. Camera arrived in perfect condition well packaged. But be aware if your in australia won't get au adapter for charger. I had spares so no worries for me. Overall happy customer

$2300 camera lens never came, Becextech are saying theres nothing they can do. DHL are saying it was delivered but no one was home, driver signed for it himself as he did not record the name of who signed for it and initialled my business name not a persons name.

Would give one star if I could, this company and its customer service are the worst i have ever dealt with.

I bought a Canon 80D kit lenses 18-55mm the price with lense was more competitive in compare with Australia, where the only body cost on other website $1500 and more. The tracking number brings a peace on mine while are you anxious waiting. thanks team!

I have been extremely impressed with the product and service I have received. There were no issues that caused any delays and the product I purchased arrived within the specified delivery time. I will certainly be using them again and more than happy to recommend them to others.

Shopping on BecexTech's site is simple and easy to navigate. Trust all is as good when the mobile phone arrives next week and if needed after sales service is required, is as good too.
Only issue I have is that I would have preferred a native Samsung charger plug instead of having to use a converts plug - as supplied. Still definitely value for money.

Painful, arduous and an ordeal.

Ice ages have moved quicker than Becextech.

Here' she my story:
1- 3 weeks to deliver
2- Becextech deliver a broken unit
3- I'm given an option of pay to return phone and get a full working replacement or pay a 10% re-stocking fee (commission) to get a refund
4 - I pay to return phone
5 - I wait 3 weeks and they still haven't dispatched a new one or indicated when they will

The accessories in the box were also NOT official Apple accessories. The USB wire was clearly a third party product.

Currently 42 days after ordering, 2 shipping fees down and being told to just wait....

There's hundreds of better choices

The phone arrived via DHL in only 4 days, and at each stage of the ordering/dispatch process I received an email notification which I appreciated. I'm wary about spending large chunks of cash on the web, but I'm 100% satisfied with the product and the service, and I would definitely recommend it to others
