I purchased an Apple Iphone 6 Plus and received it today. It all seemed good out of the box until the screen started to glitch and then freeze and cannot be used. Very disappointed especially since my eldest daughter also ordered the same phone, but will now need to cancel the order. I have purchased previously from BecexTech with no problems whatsoever so like I said it is very disappointing. Waiting for a refund.

This is the second phone I've purchased from be BecexTech during the last year and again the service was fast and trouble free with a competitive price. I need a dual SIM phone and the capacity to get the top of the line Samsung in this configuration delivered within a week was great. The proof of the pudding will be if anything ever goes wrong with the phone but in terms of sales I can't fault them.

Excellent value. I shopped around a lot and Becextech was cheapest by far. I was worried it was too good to be true, but I am thrilled to say I got exactly what was advertised at a bargain price, delivered on time.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S6 and right from the get go they updated me with everything along the way. I just received the phone today, just after 12 days of ordering and couldn't be happier with their service. Most companies take at least a month for phones and they are usually from overseas. This phone is Australian stock and has a one year Australian warranty. I am very happy with BecexTech and will definitely order from them again

I've been a customer of Becextech since 2010 and I can honestly say that over the years their service and prices have only gotten better! There have been a few hiccups over the years but they have ALWAYS come through and done the right thing! I had to contact customer service about an order I placed last week for missing manual. They went out their way to send the new copy to me

For my first time I ordered an expensive DSLR and lens on line with you guys. I admit I was apprehensive as a pensioner, its a lot of money but all came through OK on time and with good packaging and very courteous messaging. I am really impressed and couldn't really have afforded such a high resolution camera any other way.

My order was processed quickly and when I made a query/request, I got a very fast response (within an hour at the weekend). The goods arrived as described and well packaged. Overall, the level of service I received was excellent and not compromised by the good price that was offered. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again

Goods arrived much later than I expected. They did not respond to enquiries quickly. They did not respond at all to some of my queries. When one of the phones died after less than 2 weeks I had to send numerous emails and follow ups and they took a month to refund my money and then did not refund it completely.
Very, very unhappy.

Based on my research, this company had the lowest prices for the phone I wanted, in and out of Australia, whilst still guaranteed to work with Australian networks. Product arrived safely and wrapped perfectly in original packaging. Customer service UPON REQUEST by email was without fault. Only 2 flaws stopped me from giving them 5 stars all around:
1. they do not provide any means by which you can track the progress of your order until after it has left it's start point. Their internal "processing" is very slow so you would wonder what is happening with your order as it can be very slow. Once you contact them, they are very obliging, but this shouldn't be necessary.
2. Samsung phones in Australia have a TWO year warranty yet from this company only a ONE year warranty.
If you can forgive this and are not in a hurry, this is the place to go for tech purchases.
