The smartphone was delivered in good time and is excellent.
I have two criticisms however.
First, Becex represents themselves as an Australian company but they are actually a Hong Kong based company, and shipment was from their HK warehouse. I have had some bad experiences with HK firms so tried to choose an Australian firm, and I consider this to be mis-representation. Some openly HK firms offered the same product online for a fair bit less money.
Second, though they offered a free gift of a case for the phone, it was not delivered and when I asked they said it was on back order and might take a month or more. They should not offer something they could not deliver on time.
Conclusion: Online advertising practices that tarnish a firm that appears in other ways to offer good products.

Purchased an iPhone 5s. Initial enquiries, pricing and order process was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the delivery time was slight greater than expected. However, product has been received in good order and all is now well.
Would be very happy to purchase from this site again ! Thank you

be very careful in what you bought. i bought an iphone 5S from them only to be told by apple it was a refurbished phone with non genuine parts in it. my phone went faulty 13 months later and Becextech did nothing to fix my phone. very bad company

Once again Becextech and its Customer Support comes through. Each and every Becextech Representatives are so kind. They always go above and beyond in helping out their customers. I believe this is so important and this is the reason I have been a loyal Becextech customer for so long. Thank you. Adriano

Do you have specific examples where 'each and every Becextech Representatives are so kind'? Don't trust Becextech (or Adriano). Highly recommend people buy from a real Australian company and not one in Hong Kong claiming to be Australian

Item was as described, speedy postage and delivery, awesome communication and item was well packaged. Would recommend and will be shipping with Becextech Australia in the future.

Just purchased a new phone and am really happy with the service. Any queries I had were answered quickly and helpfully. My only negative is the time it took to get the phone. (It was actually only a week but these days I think we are used to getting things in 1-2 days). I would use BecexTech again!

My almost $3000 camera purchased 19 mths ago from Becextech went in to Nikon Australia for a minor shutter recall issue. Nikon won't touch it! The motherboard on the camera has at some stage been removed or replaced and wires on the board are held together with tape and some solders are either missing or insufficient.
This camera has not ever been serviced so must have been a refurb or built overseas from faulty parts by inexperienced technicians! Becextech are deregistered in Australia and denying any responsibility

Approximate cost: $2800

Have you tried to get a refund from your bank / credit card? They can investigate it for you under purchase protection laws.

Update - Nikon kindly fixed this free of charge as a goodwill gesture.. Becextech were totally disinterested.

I recently purchased a product from this company and unfortunately it only worked for a couple of days. I contacted Becextech customer service department and from the gentleman who started the initial return was beyond awesome! This company stayed in touch with me from the very beginning to past the end.
Everyone went above and past beyond what I ever expected from a company.
I just want to take time out to write this review on behalf of this company and to Thank all of the people directly (and non directly) involved with my purchase and return.
Even though my product didn't end up working it had no effect on having to return it because the people made up for any problems that I had to go through.

This is the second phone I have purchased from Becex Tech, which shows how happy I have been with them. I find them courteous, businesslike and professional. They were helpful when I was worried about parts of the order arriving, but everything arrived within a reasonable time - it takes more than a week, so relax! They replied to my queries politely and in good time. I am happy to recommend them.

I have been following Becextech website for a few months now, good prices, fantastic phone selection, good information.

My old phone died on Feb 15th, so I decided to place an order with them that evening. Once verifying my details on Monday the 20th, I was told I might get my new phone that same week.

The following day, I was told my phone was on back order and I could be waiting (without a phone!!) for up to 2 weeks. Disappointing, but understandable.

Imagine my surprise when I received my phone on Friday afternoon, 24th

I know I may have gotten lucky there, but I still felt that Becextech really went the extra mile in terms of service. I was kept informed every step of the way and had all of my questions answered. (Thanks to a gentleman named Handy)

I've already mentioned this experience to friends and co-workers, they're very impressed.

They are not an Australian company despite the '.com.au' and refering to themselves as BecexTech Australia. The business name was cancelled in 2011:

Their techsupport is only responsive only after having to send numerous requests for support and status updates.

I returned a phone which has faulty GPS. It was returned under warranty on the 15/16 Feb 2017. They quote a 2-4 week turn around. After returning to the first repairer they onyl found out after 4 weeks that they needed a spare part to fix it, so they are sending to a second repairer. They said the 2-4 week wait starts again which I disagree with. According to their website at the time, they quote 2-4 weeks turn around period. It shouldn't matter if they need to send it somewhere else. A further 1 month passes (so 2 months in total) they claim that the IMEI number on their records does not match the phone I sent back. I definitely sent the very same phone they sent out to me, I do not have another like it nor have I ever owned another like it. They are requesting that I pay an admin fee of $55 to return the phone without being repaired. I hadn't used the GPS on the phone until Nov/Dec 2016 but was only able to get around to reporting it in Feb, so as far as I know the fault could have always been there. Very poor business and now I am out of pocket for this phone. The fact that their support is very slow is enough to not buy from them, let alone everything else.

Sequence of events in 2017:
1 Feb 17: Sent email requesting help. Followed their troubleshooting instructions
10 Feb: BecexTech request phone to be sent back
16 Feb: BecexTech repairers received faulty phone at my cost
22 Feb: Requested status update, no update given
06 Mar: Requested status update, replied saying it takes 2-4 weeks for repair
16 Mar: Requested status update (4 weeks since they received phone), same response received as that given on 06 Mar
20 Mar: Received email saying "our RMA team that your phone will be forwarded to the 2nd repairer due to spare part issue"
20 Mar: Request ETA, they reply saying sending to another repairer will restart the 2-4 week process which I believe was not advertised by them in their warranty.
29 Mar: Request another status update. They reply back saying the IMEI number of the faulty phone is different to that in there records. They ask to confirm this.
30 Mar: I reply saying I sent the very same phone they originally sent me.
30 Mar: Reply from BecexTech:
We had checked and noticed that the IMEI number from the phone you returned is different with the one in our record. IMEI number in our record is 358394072727279, whereas the one you returned is 358394070479337. It does not match with the one that you returned to us.

Please advise where should we return the phone to. Also, please be advised that $55 admin fee needs to be cleared.

p.s: The discrepancy of the IMEI number should be reported when the phone was in our 1st repair agent's premises, but they never reported the IMEI number from the phone you returned. The discrepancy of the IMEI number has just been reported by our 2nd repairer.

30 Mar: Requested managers number and have received no response. Only to say they will not be working on this further.
