I have bought a number of components and other electronics with Becextech and everything shipped in a timely manner. I even got a refund (store credit) on an item that I ended up not needing. The customer care is next level, they were very accommodating. Many of my friends who have been using this site for years also have nothing but good things to say about this site. Great job Becextech!

I was nervous at first, about buying a phone I hadn't seen in shops from company if never heard of. Online reviews helped me trust them. I'm so glad I did! I now have an awesome, high spec phone for the same price as what is junk in the big name stores. I would gladly recommend Becextech to friends, etc. I'm so happy that there's now an option to avoid the ridiculous mark up us poor aussies usually have no choice about! I really like my phone and was impressed with the info I received like tracking numbers, etc. I got the phone quickly. I wasn't sure which colour I wad getting as the description said white, but the photo was black...my only feedback is that perhaps Becextech could be very accurate with their descriptions. Thanks

I am a professional photographer and I have bought many high end products through Becextech. I recently had my 1st problem (as a result of my own doing) with a purchase which they were very willing to resolve the problem and did it quickly. I feel when buying through Becextech their customer service will always do what is needed 100% of the time. I will buy again and again with confidence.

Excellent service all round... arrived within a week. Goods were sent promptly once credit card verification had been done and arrived in perfect condition. Additional items were sent later and one was not available. However got immediate refund. Very good experience overall. can certainly recommend BexecTech.

Bought phone and charger from Becex. Charger melted into and burnt phone (very dangerous and lucky I was in the same room and could smell the burning).
Becex advised of only one repair centre in whole of Australia and after sending in the phone with the melted charger still attached Becex wanted AU$275 to repair the phone despite it still being in warranty.
Email ticket with Becex has been ongoing for over a month with notifications of case manager 'sick, 'off duty' and 'waiting for response from RMA department'.
Now without my phone for over a month despite it still being in warranty.

Approximate cost: $275

If you don't feel their business practices are in line with consumer law, you can get a temporary refund from your credit card while they investigate the matter on your behalf.

Do not buy from this business. Sent a faulty iPhone 5c, returned under warranty, took 6 weeks (not the advertised 2-4). At the 4 week mark I was told they needed to order a part to fix the phone. The phone that was returned to me had a different IMEI number to the original phone. This phone had a whole different set of issues. Before I had the chance to return it my daughter dropped it and I had to get the screen replaced. The tech that completed the screen replacement informed me that the phone had internal water damage, half the internal screws were missing and a cheap Chinese battery. I have now cut my losses and not bothered. $240 down the drain.... They deserve no stars!

take it up with your bank or credit card company. They can investigate under consumer 'purchase protection' law. You might be able to get your money back from the credit card company if they find they were at fault.

Outstanding service and delivery! Bought an M9+ phone from Becextech Monday pm and phone was delivered Friday pm. Just like these guys state on their website, there are no hidden charges - what I paid (the advertised price + delivery) on the website was it. I will definitely use these guys for my higher level tech purchases in the future.

These people stand behind their word. Other sites may be less expensive but don't be surprised if your order isn't shipped until they try to up sell you before they ship. (which delay's shipping). Other on line shops have made my a loyal Becextech customer.

Dont get fooled by the .au in the website address. My mobile phone was shipped from hongkong . Arrived 2 weeks late and had issues with battery lasting only for few hours. Got it chkd by mobile technitian who suggested battery replacement. Contacted becextech and told to send it to warehouse for possible fix in 2-4 weeks. So pay for return n wait again. Wouldnot recommend to anyone to buy from them.

My partner bought a phone and charger from Becex. Short story is the charger burnt, melted and fused into the bottom of the phone. Phone still in warranty and after over a month of emails back and forth with so many excuses and then a demand from Becex to pay AU$275 we are still no closer to getting the phone repaired.
For a company that 'prides' itself on customer service there is a distinct lack of feedback to any customer with a poor experience on WOMO... I wonder why that could be...

Take it up with your bank - I just wrote a recent review about them. Their phones aren't good quality. You're covered under purchase protection law by credit card companies - or pay pal, or even eBay. The more people report them, the more they would be forced to abide by good business practice.

Product arrived very late but not the fault of the company as purchased item was held up by Customs.Good communication from the company about the hold up, thanks. Product arrived in good condition, very happy
