I ordered Samsung mobile phone, which arrived safely & promptly (from HK). It works well and appears to be as NEW.
Pricing was reasonable, WITH a 1 year Australian guarantee (this was hard to get at other "discount" sites).
Hope I never need to use that warranty.
Surprised needed EXTRA $20 insurance, as DHL should provide this as part of the $30 shipping cost !

Very good and courteous service, an easy site to navigate and purchase from, and the items I purchased arrived (quickly) on time and so far in good shape.

However, the only thing I regretted was that I specifically requested from Becextech in an email I sent them immediately after I made the purchase to ship the items that I have purchased in this order together in one package (for personal reasons), and eventhough my request was acknowledged in a reply email, it was not fulfilled for some reason, and each item was shipped separately.

Pros - Cheap, I asked for the model that I wanted a s7 G930F and received that model and it was in perfect condition. Some website offered a S7 at the same price however that was the AT&T model so not compatible on all 4G networks in Australia. I emailed them to confirm the model that they sold which is not shown on the phones page and received a prompt email that it was the G930F.
Cons - 1) You get a travel adapter instead of the fast charge adaptor, normally in the box.
2) Don't click the box for a wireless charger as they send the old Samsung version which does not do fast charging. I've seen them sold on the internet for $20 so not worth paying $50 from there website.
3) Generally just a little slack in processing orders. For example it took longer than 7 days for processing. After contacting them I received an email with a tracking number. When it arrived it came without the wireless charger I had ordered. I emailed them again and it was sent a day later and arrived 3 days later.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Becextech is a HORRIBLE company! I bought an iPhone just four months ago from this company. It stopped receiving a network signal after two months so I couldn't make calls or go online. When I contacted Becextech I was told to send it to their repairer in Sydney (at my expense). The phone came back three weeks later and still didn't work. The same problem. I followed the email recommendations of BecexTech to do a system restore, and now it won't even turn on. The phone has been a complete dud from the beginning. And now, after complaining via email for about the seventh time, they are asking me to send it to the repairer in Sydney again ... at my expense. All this time I have been without a phone which cost me $350. AVOID BUYING FROM BECEXTECH AT ALL COSTS!!! Buy from a local company (not a Hong Kong one) who actually have a phone number and are accountable to local consumer laws. I thought they were based in Melbourne (they use a Melbourne address on their website) but they are an offshore organisation. My experience has been very negative and a waste of time, money and energy. I would have given a zero star rating, but it wasn't an option. I doubt I will ever see a working iPhone, a replacement iPhone or my money back. BECEXTECH ... NEVER AGAIN!!!

The prices are quite cheap...maybe not the cheapest but given that the delivery was pretty quick then it kind of compensate for the price...if the prices were a little bit more cheaper then this site would be the best i know and i would always buy whatever i need from it...security measures taken to make sure you are who you say you are, are also efficient...thnx to whoever made this site, you are doing a great job!

Good price easy to follow instructions. Great service.Downside,Toll Services did not ring/knock on door even though there were two people 2 meters from door, & as a result I had to ring them, at a cost of $* and they delivered 4 days later.
