I made a mistake in shipping a purchase and needed assistance processing the return. Handy, Ratna and the staff at Becextech were helpful and courteous in resolving my return shipment challenges. They work as a team, really care that you have a great shopping experience and are far and above the best in customer service.

The ordering process wasn't as smooth as I would have liked but after careful consideration, corresponding with the BecexTech staff, I came to the conclusion that they do take Credit Card fraud seriously. Which can only be a good thing. So once that was sorted (albeit two to three days via email only) my order was processed and things happened surprisingly fast after that. The items arrive within two weeks well packaged and in good order.....However, the two items in question; A Xeen 24mm Cine lens and a Xeen 50mm Cine lens, arrived but the 24mm lens "witness marks" were in (ft) and the 50mm lens was in (m). Now this would not bother me to much but since I am building a set I would have liked to have had the option (in the online ordering process) to have specified which measurement system I would prefer. It did not occur to me that they would randomly select the items in the warehouse not taking that into consideration when the Purchase Order came from the same customer. But for the price and delivery time and quality of packaging I would definitely use BecexTech again.

Best price and fantastic customer service via e-mail, that allowed me to purchase more accessories at discount price even after the first order was already dispatched, at no extra cost. The whole experience was horrible! The shop never clearly showed delivery times, and where the products are send from.
After three weeks the camera arrived without the additional items I had the option to "upgrade" my order with. Only the SD card came within some days. The SD card which was never specified during the order turned out to be a model 8 years old and long gone from the open market. The card did not support the full functions of the camera and was therefore useless, and the price of 69 AUD made it a total scam. The support took about a month to finally advise me to send it back. Outcome is yet to be seen.
After an inquiry about the missing items despite the delivery status "delivered to costumer", I was told they were short on stock, and if they should send them now ...
The camera bag, another "upgrade" for 25 AUD turned out to be five times bigger than the camera, leaving it bumping and bouncing in the bag. Not much of a protection for it in my eyes.
And a good final note, the order came without a valid receipt and without an Australian ABN # , so there is no way of reclaiming GST for businesses or tourists.

I've had great experience so far, I ordered a new iPhone on the 24th of January and it arrived on the 29th of January which is a great turn around, especially since that included Australia day long weekend. I also emailed BecexTech as I had read a few reviews that gave me concern with the iphone being a genuine apple device. BecexTech responded within a couple hours of me sending the email and addressed my concerns on the reviews very professionally taking responsibility for the reviews as well as alleviating my concerns by confirming that the phone I had ordered was definitely a new genuine apple iPhone. They suggested that I could take it to any apple store and they would be able verify the phone also if I wished. I appreciated the reassurance of the email. Thanks for a great experience so far.

I bought the Apple MacBook and it was delivered with Non Australian standard power plug. That means the product is not compactible with Australian standard. I really feel that this is a cheating with customers.

I ordered a iPhone 8 plus and was notified of the shipment process in a timely manner had delivery on a Sunday which was impressive also felt customer service was excellent when I had a question which was answered straight away by Ray very happy with service..

I ordered my new samsung note8 on 16th Jan and it arrived in a week! There are some dodgy mobile phone sellers on the internet but BecexTech is definitely not one of them.

The phone is fantastic and brand new as expected.

Bought a Canon 6D Mark II that came with the Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS II lens. I was amazed with the communication and service from Becextech.com.au. After dealing with other company for 3 weeks and I still didn't get my Samsung Note 8 even I made a full payment. Total flat up with the service.
However with BecexTech, I even email their customer service to check the stock availability before I placed my order, they gave me their answer quickly.
Only took me 5 days to get my order, totally happy their service, efficiency & price. Highly recommend company to buy things from.

Why does Becextech have no contact phone number to answer simple queries. Comms via email only equates to 1-2 day response.
3 days after I see a charge on my credit card, I have no way of tracking whether my order has been dispatched or is still being "processed"...
I am still hoping the advertised delivery times are not marketing hype...

Bought Samsung S7 Edge - a lot cheaper than mainstream stores and was able to get the version and colour that wasn't in all stores. Even with postage it was cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery was super fast - ordered Friday and delivered Wed afternoon. and you could also easily track progress of delivery online. Would shop here again.

Gold Standard online shopping experience. They have a good range of products, well set out. Ordering was easy and small queries were answered quickly and accurately. I've bought from them three separate times and have been very happy with the service.

Shipping was fast, and the product was a bit cheaper than buying from JBHIFI, but when it arrived the seal was broken, the phone had already been turned on and the language was set to Chinese, so I had to do a factory reset. I'm worried it might be a refurbished when I specifically bought it new.

having bought two items I am very satisfied with the complete transaction. Ordered a Panasonic Lumix FZ2500 camera. My order was placed late at night on January 2. The camera was shipped from Hong Kong and in my hand on the morning of January 9. There was a weekend inbetween. You cannot beat that for timely service. Thank you.

On 22/12/2017 I had purchased a camera, lens, mobile and accessories from BecexTech. As of today, I have only received the camera and lens. The accessories are missing and the mobile sent was used and faulty. As I desperately needed a phone I had to paid $400 to repair my existing cracked mobile, hence I have no use for another phone, nor do I want a faulty used phone.

As of today, BecexTech have ignore my request for a refund and insisted that they have done nothing wrong. Will be reporting them to fair trading, ACCC and any other legal bodies where appropriate. Please walk away from this unethical business and tell others not to shop from them.

As per 87B Undertaking - BXT International Limited - signed 12 December 2017,

I recently bought a Panasonic Lumix LX100 camera from BecexTech A.U. The service and email contact was first class. The delivery takes a little while. I was quite happy to wait, and was aware at the time of purchase that it could take 7 business days (from memory). The camera arrived quicker than that, and I was pleased to get it in approx 6 business days. The camera came well packed. Everything was included. The box had a seal on it, to ensure you were getting the original, authentic product. I am very, very pleased with the LX100. The picture quality is excellent. I couldn't wish for more. The camera is very well made, and is 'solid'. It is a professional grade camera. You can use it as an 'auto' point and shoot, but it has such excellent and easy to use functions, that it seems a crime not to use it as it was really designed to operate. Over all I am very happy with my trade experience with BecexTech, and the camera I bought. I would happily make further purchases through them.

Great price and I got the red camera I've always wanted. Received camera within days which was fantastic but was a tad surprised to find that the manual and all the text on the camera itself was in Chinese. Had to find an online manual to find out how to change the camera to English. Luckily sorted now.

I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I purchase an iPhone 6 Plus. Within one year the phone didn't work properly and had to be fully replaced by BecexTech. The replacement phone was delivered in late April 2017. By December 2017, this replacement phone no longer works either.

BecexTech says they won't fix, repair or replace the second phone as they have already done this for the first phone I purchased. So much for quality products and great customer service.

Buy from BecexTech at your own peril. I will never buy from them again.
