There had been few mishaps, but it got resolved eventually.

I recently bought a dual sim Galaxy Note 5 but then I received a single sim phone. It has been few days since I reported the incident, but eventually they gave me a refund. So, kudos to BecexTech for getting this sorted out!

I also purchased a GPS/PDA mounting kit which has not arrived yet. They said that they will deliver it separately but I would not have known that if I had not reported it. Nonetheless, they promised that they will send it after 2 weeks and they did.

I bought from their website given that they are the cheapest option. I initially recommended to be wary in purchasing from this site but with the way how they handled my refund, they have somehow gained my trust back.

With all the hassles that went thru, I am about to give three stars. But I appreciate how their team handled it so I'm giving them 4 stars. Hopefully, no more issues in my next purchase so I can give them 5 stars rating.

I bought a Samsung Note 5 Dual SIm. The Single Sim version arrived instead the very next Monday. I noticed that for sales related and delivery queries of the initial product, replies were prompt. But now the wrong product has been sent, I am waiting in Limbo. For now I rate this seller very poorly. As due to no fault of mine, I feel like I am left in the dark. Will update this review based on how this case is treated.

Good price and items arrived in perfect condition. One email query was answered within a couple of hours.

Only complaint is that it took 4-5 days to leave warehouse (not the 1-3 advertised), and items were shipped from hong kong (which is not clearly mentioned on the website). Due to this they were held up in customs for 3 days, and the transport company used (Toll priority) are useless

Would use again, but only for items that are not urgent and are under customs import tax threshold.

I had been trying to get a hold of the 4G version of the Xperia Z3 Tablet and Becextech were not only the place left in Australia to have one but they were patient and reliable--even with my fretting.
All in all they were polite, professional and all-round wonderful to do business with. Will be shopping here again.

We bought at iPhone 5C from them and it arrived quickly, but failed within an hour of being turned on. We returned it for repair or replacement under the warranty, and it was eventually replaced. The good - BecexTech do respond rapidly to e-mails, and they did replace the phone under warranty. The bad - it took them three months to do this.
