I purchased Samsung Galaxy S5 from Becextech.
My order was delivered on time but I got a faulty phone with no signal issues, default language was Korean and the Phone charger was not working as well.
I returned that product and the return cost bear by me. After replacement I got the nice working phone with English as default language but took a week extra to deliver.
I suggest the company please verify the product before sending it to the customer and make sure that everything is installed according to the customer's requirement.

Overall experience is fine.

Purchased an iPhone 5s. Initial enquiries, pricing and order process was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the delivery time was greater than expected. Product took 12 days to arrive by courier at its destination in a capital city. However, product has been received in good order and all is now well. Thank you.

I have been Becextech customer for over 3 years now and never had a problem. It is a well organized store in all aspects. Although it says "estimated delivery 2 - 4 business days plus processing times, some of my orders have arrived quicker. Order accuracy is perfect, and the one time i've had to use customer service was efficient and helpful within a short period of time. Overall, I have been satisfied enough and enjoy the products I have got from them.

I purchased two Iphones advertised as being "new, unused" phones . When the phones arrived both batteries did not hold charge and the on/off button on one didn't work either. The company refused to honour its money back guarantee and said that the phones had been used as demonstrators. They say that a demo phone is the same as being new and unused!

I ordered a large camcorder first then read some good some bad reviews and I was a little concerned however I did not need to worry processing took 4 days and after sending a few emails that were responded to in a very timely manner my camera turned up as stated in these on time I found communication with this company was excellent and would have no hesitation in using this company again or recommending them to others they offered the best price and good service what more could you ask for 10 out of 10 in my mind

I've had some bad experiences buying online, but I am very happy with Becex. Handi, Erwin and the other guys gave me best personal service when I bought my first mobile from them a couple of years ago, so I was naturally coming back to them to buy my latest phone from them.
