Brought phone from Becextech great service when I was looking at buying but service goes to crap if something goes wrong, phone failed after a month sent it back for repair told by repairer told not repairable, becextech sent to second repairer. told repaired, when phone returned it was a old secondhand one, silver edging was worn away in places, plastic under back cover melted, back cover damaged and does not stay on. they have refused to replace or refund. so beware I would not buy from them.
