I had 2 circuit breakers replaced. He used old parts. Charged me $310 for the first job. Had to come back to check why circuit breakers were tripping. Upon returning a week later he charged another $120 to poke around some power points. Power went out again the following day. I contacted him 3 times and left messages, he would not return my call. Had to get the job redone by another electrician. I did not get a Certificate of Safety or invoice from Bedford Electrical group. Its been 2 months. Matter is going to VCAT.
I would not hire or recommend.
Approximate cost: $420

Just a follow up to this original e=review. Matter went to VCAT and Bedford Electrical was ordered to pay me back the money.
After waiting 60 days, order was for 14 days, I contacted Bedford, at request of VCAT, and was threatened with action for harrassment because I asked when i would be paid.
I personally found my dealings with this business owner the worst of any one I have ever hired.
Extremely unprofessional and very expensive.
