Don't be fooled into going there, nothing budget about it!

I had a pain during all the weekend and was happy to find a dentist through the online booking who could give me an appointment on Monday after working hours. I must admit I was a bit anxious because of the name of the practice (I feared it would be lower quality). On Monday morning I received a friendly call from Julie (the secretary) and she was very nice I must say and explained me the exact location of Budget Dentistry and it is just in front of the train station (so very convenient). So this first telephone contact was already a positive sign. Then I arrived and it was easy to find and I was greeted by Julie and the Dentist Doctor Le took me on time and her assistant and herself were very kind and very patient, explaining me everything and sorting out my problem. They did a good job and I felt I could trust them with my teeth. They have an agreement with BUPA so I only had to pay what BUPA does not take in charge. So all in all a very pleasant surprise : friendly and professional staff who takes the time to talk with their patients and make them comfortable. They offer appointments after normal working hours (mine was at 5.40pm and I think they had another slot at 6pm) so it is convenient for people who are working and again the location on north terrace right in the CBD makes it very convenient. I really recommend and I will come back there for sure if needed!

I went to Budget Dentistry unsure of what to expect even after reading all the positive reviews as it seemed too good to be true. It wasn't at all, and Dr Harris and the entire team were FANTASTIC. It's only a smaller dentist but this made it feel so much more comfortable and friendly. They spent time explaining what they needed to do, they made me feel completely comfortable and I went away with a brand new smile.

Could not be happier, and I no longer fear my yearly checkups. Thanks so much team, could not be happier!

I found these guys after a less than stellar experience with another Adelaide dentist and was blown away by the quality of their service and professionalism. Everything from my first contact to the actual treatment was handled with friendliness, empathy and efficiency. What I had thought would be a complex procedure was handled quickly and easily by Jamie. Highly recommended.

Jamie was amazing! I was so scared about going back to a private dentist but he was so lovely to me and so was the nurse I was in tears most of the time and the nurse held my hand and they let me hold a pig so if I was in pain I could squeeze it and get more pain relief I would recommend these to anyone who is scared about going to the dentist they make you feel a lot better! My tears ended up in laughter in the end!
