these guys are great however you can get quicker service online and the prices are different so cheaper too go in store the staff are nice pending who you get but otherwise al round great store

Big w online can either be a good way to shop when you have kids but most times when they have a sale on you cant get on there page crasheswitch is a big disappointment to alot of people

i often order online with bigw as its so convenient with 3 kids its soo easy to browse through their catalogues purchase an item or place a layby..it offers great payment plans that are affordable for your budget..you can zoom in to products are read the descriptions of them ..i think its a must especially when buying an item that you dont want your kids to now youve purchased especially for christmas..i love how they offer the no deposit layby for toys for christmas it helps to be able to pay smething off for a few mths then have it delivered just before christmas without the lil one s knowing..

I love the fact that when Christmas starts approaching, u don't have to leave your house, zig zag around other people, feel the need to rush cause everyone else is or take forever to find a park. You can just sit down in front of your computer and casually browse through the easy step by step site to find what u are looking for and after a few click u have done all your shopping and are back to doing something else that needs to be done! I used Big w online to layby a cubby house, delivery costs were a bit steep but site was easy to use easy to understand. They presented clear details of my order and emailed that info yo me also. My account feature also makes it easy to check on your order and payments. Would glady use again.

It's an easy site to navigate and find what you're looking for without any effort at all, if you become a member and sign up to their newsletters then you'll receive some fantastic offers like free shipping days, discounts off specific products for a limited time and l've even had $10 - $20 vouchers emailed to me to use online if l haven't ordered anything for a while. Shipping for me has always been within the same week as ordering so they do process orders very quickly which is great.Highly recommend to all.

Really enjoy shopping at Big W online. At times of a big sale their website can be challenging but they have some great prices and their delivery is fast and always well packaged. If you do need to call them to clarify anything online it's also really easy to just complete your order over the phone. Really great service and that's rare sometimes from the bigger shops online.

Some things are confusing to buy e.g trampolines. and at times it says in stock but it isn't, however you can take advantage of the free shipping/delivery at times if you are organised enough.
