Very traditional authentic Greek cafe/restaurant that I've walked past many times and finally ventured in. Fairly expensive, but it's good value for money as the servings are a good size. Their coffee is stronger than I'm used to but quite nice. Very friendly service too.

My husband and I enjoyed this fabulous greek cafe, certainly a large choice of meals to try including vegetarian dishes. My husband and i were more into the seafood on this occasion but with so much on offer we will definitely be returning. We found the service and our meals to be of a very high standard.

For those with a sweet tooth, make sure you allow yourself some room for their greek desserts as you will love the selection.

So I heard this place was about as good as another Greek restaurant in the west so we decided to give it a try. However we were incredibly disappointed.
Meat platter for two was $84 dollars which was more expensive than the other place so we were expecting more. However the more did not appear and we felt it was actually less and less quality.
The restaurant full that night (Friday night) however they were still very attentive. Maybe there was always lots of people because it's in the middle of a residential area.
I personally won't be coming back as I know I can get better food for less elsewhere.

As your Greek restaurants go, this is definitely one of the more traditional and authentic ones.
The serving sizes and service are excellent. Very tasty food and being such a small location, it is quite cozy.

Really great greek food, tasty and authentic. Hot and not too long to wait. Yiros meat is especially tasty, especially if you get it on a plate and the serving sizes are amazing. A hidden gem restaurant that is a must go

Brilliant little neighbourhood Greek Cafe. The staff are friendly and despite there being two large groups and a full restaurant the service was quick and efficient. The food was tasty and the serves large. Salad and chips / pita included with the meal so no need to buy extras. Large groups need not fear the dreaded banquet as they are happy to let big groups order off the ala-carte menu and pay individually.

What a hidden gem, we grabed a fantastic wrap to takeway and it was amazing would reccomend for hearty greek food

The food is excellent and the serves are extremely generous. The menu appeals to our whole family from children to my 90 year old grandma. Cafe Astros has become a favourite for family outings. My husband and I will happily travel 40 minutes to eat here... eat lunch here and you won't need dinner. Amazing value for money

This cafe has delicious home made Greek cuisine. Sam and Simone and their staff provide fantastic attentive customer service and a warm family friendly atmosphere. Courses are reasonably priced and you get more than what you pay for - often you can't finish your plate!

What an amazing place hidden out of the way in an obscure street/ Love eating here on a hot night and being outside with friends and a good wine. The way you can eat here in bits and pieces appeals to me
