Sachi has stayed with Susan and the girls a few times now and we've always been extremely happy with the way the cattery is run. It's spotlessly clean with friendly, happy staff who talk to and spend time playing with the cats. We highly recommend Cats Conservatory to you.

I cannot rate the Cat's Conservatory highly enough. I have complete confidence in leaving my cats with Susan and her team every time I go away. The cats never want to come home from TCC, they absolutely love the place, which to me is the best reassurance and peace of mind that I need. TCC is always accommodating to my ever changing schedule, they also have some great personal touches.. they keep you up to date on how your pet is and they give you a picture of pet 'on holiday' to take away. The price is very reasonable, and if you have more than one cat the second cat is discounted. Great place to board your cat, I've yet to find better.

I love Cats Conservatory and I am sure my two cats do too. The cages and surroundings are the best I have seen and everything is catered for the cats comfort and security in mind. Staff are great - very helpful and will oblige as much as they can especially now that we are coming up to the Xmas holiday period. I love that we get a photo each time our cats stay and a report on how they went. I highly recommend this wonderful etablishment.

Its a day spa for cats. The environment is safe, clean and comfortable. I love the text message on their wellbeing. One of my cats has diabetes and her daily injection is given without any dramas and is all part of the service. Both cats come home looking healthy. Its peace of mind knowing we have the terrific staff at the Cat Conservatory looking after our precious animals.

cats conservatory more than lived up to my expectations, my two cats usually don't do very well without me around but i was pleasantly surprised when i picked up my cats to discover that they were extremely well looked after, were looking fantastic and were very very happy. the staff were all very competent and caring, they all have a genuine love for cats and each cat gets special individualized treatment and attention perfectly suited to their every need. 100/100 I will definitely be using their services again.

Exceptional service! Our cats seem to come out of Cats Conservatory happier than when they went in! They must get so much fuss they love it. The service is always great, personal and friendly, and with regular updates whilst you are away it is total piece of mind. It's not the cheapest cattery in town but you pay for what you get, and with CC's excellent service and facilities it is defiantly good value.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cats Conservatory. When our family goes away we have absolute confidence that Jackson is being well looked after and actually CARED FOR - not just simply housed and fed. Susan radiates love for cats and her business is absolutely impressive. I have been there first thing in the morning and even then the premises are clean with barely a hint of litter smells. Try it - I can't imagine how you would ever regret it.

Wasn't totally satisfied with the service; our cat seemed a bit disturbed after we collected him- however the environment and general appearance of the place looked fine and worth it.
