We've just used CC's home service and found it to be excellent. Our cat was less stressed and we received text messages every few days. They even placed our rubbish carts at the kerb without asking. I'm a very happy customer and so is our cat ! Highly recommended.

We have been sending our cat Oliver to the CC for about 2 years now. He is treated like a rock star as soon as we arrive. Susan and her staff are so dedicated and love what they do - it shows! We couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. It makes going away guilt-free knowing Ollie is being so well looked after.

I've been taking my cat here for the last 2-3 years, and can say the service is briliant. The facilities are top class and I never feel guilty going away and leaving my cat there. The team are obviously cat lovers because it shows in the way they run the business and treat the cats whilst they are there. Worth the drive to Cheltenham as I know my cat is looked after.

Our cat Nog has been going to CC since it first opened. Its a place where your cat gets very well looked after, not just dietary wise, but also socially & emotionally - the Zen garden is a great place for the cats to spend some time. Susan & her Team are fantastic, they really do give you peace of mind when your cat is with them, you know your pet is safe, happy & very well cared for whilst you are away. The interim sms/emails letting you know all is fine with your pet is also a great feature. Our Nog is very happy to go into greet Susan & stay for a while, he always comes home calm & as if he had been the one going on a holiday!

I have used many catteries over the years and this one far exceeds all of them! I have regularly boarded 2 cats over the past 2 years and they are always well looked after and very happy and healthy when I pick them up to bring them home. The cattery is very clean (no bad smells) and the food is high quality. Medication is given as precisely instructed. The cages are large (big enough to stand up in), with many shelves and bed boxes for your cat to sleep in, along with blankets, toys, litter tray and food/water. Whilst there is a lot of room to move around in the cage, each cat also has their own time in a big open area with lots of items for play/stimulation. Susan and her staff will ensure your furry buddle of joy is well taken care of. I can't recommend this business enough! They also keep you updated on your kitty's via email/SMS messages and photos, which gives great peace of mind when you are away. :)

Couldn't be happier with Cats Conservatory. I was worried about leaving my cat with somebody as she is my baby and suffers from a little anxiety, but everyone is so lovely. My Nikita comes back happy every time she visits!

The great thing about this place is my cat comes home sleek and relaxed and happy as if she has never been away! She is on medication too and they are meticulous. They even took great care of my dear old 22 y.o. girl. They seem to just know what the cats like and need to stay happy and engaged. The facilities are fantastic and there is NO smell of cat pee, EVER, which so many catteries have! Last time I came back early and my girl was racing around the open area in the sunshine playing with a feather toy and having a ball. I have had to leave my cats in boarding all over the country but this is the best facility I have come accross, partly because of the fantastic setup and very much because of the intelligent and thoughtful people who run it. Cant recommend it highly enough! Oh, and I get texts and photos on my phone whilst I am away too which I rather like.

Cats Conservatory is the "home away from home" for your cat. As a regular stayer, my cat is always happy and content and the regular update emails with photos during her stays are a delight! The personal treatment is second to none with the staff really making an effort to get to know your cat and their unique funny personality. It's like a 5-star resort for your pet but at a reasonable price.

Our cat thoroughly enjoyed her time at cats conservatory. The service is outstanding and they clearly love cats. Received a text while on holidays with an update on how she was going and a postcard with her photo when we picked her up. Very personalized service.
