Excellent "holiday experience" for your feline family member, although I am sure our puss Miss Zoe may not agree. Great value (I have used other facilities that charge a lot more for similar facilities), friendly staff who make a fuss of Zoe when we drop her off and comfortable surroundings. Extra touches such as an sms update on your puss as well as a holiday snap when you pick them up. I have used Cats Conservatory a number of times after recommendation by our Vet and will continue to use them. Very happy to recommend them.

We've been sending our cat Oliver to cc for a few years now and have always been very happy with the service provided. CC is a clean and quiet space. The staff are friendly and always make a big fuss of our boy. I know he likes being there - when we pick him up he struts around the play area showing off and always comes home with a brilliant holiday snap.

Maude has stayed at cc several times over the last few years. They always remember her when we call to book her in and the cc team clearly love cats-so we feel very comfortable leaving her

Very happy with the care given to our cat for his stay. Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

I have to write once again about cats conservatory and just how dear Susan is to us. My elderly Russian blues were in for for 5 days recently and our elderly girl was frail but bright. Susan kept us constantly updated as we knew at almost 18 years, she had become very tired in recent days. We arrived to pick them up and she had been kept warm with heat pads and hot water bottles and was still bright but now very frail. They were wonderful to her. After a final walk around our garden when we got home, we lost Micki late that night and as Susan said, she's waited for you. Thank you Susan. The flowers and card on our doorstep was greatly appreciated. You truly run the best home away from home for our loved furry family members and I'm sure Eski our new 3 year old addition will feel right at home when he first visits next week! Thank you Susan, George and carers. We are so grateful for your care.

My Frederick is not the most passive of moggies, and a bit of a fusspot. He always returns from the C.C. in perfect condition and settles in at home very quickly, so I think he enjoys his time there! He has had three stays now and I always feel confident he will be well cared for when I leave him there.

As I have a very fussy cat and not people friendly the atmosphere friendly service and facilities at the Cat Conservatory make this the perfect place to give your puss a holiday of his own while you are away . The picture of the cat on the way out was a great touch and I would recommend this business highly

Very impressed by their attention to detail - I was sent text messages about my cat every few days with a brief update. Barrie White was happy when we picked her up (and this is not the norm when she is picked up from other accommodations.) I will be booking her in again.
