Susan grooms my Chinchilla on a regular basis. Nothing seems to be any trouble and if she is able to make life easier for both of us, then that's what she does. You can see that she has a genuine love for cats, her resort reflects that along with the professional service provided.

My Princess Penny didn't want to come home after two weeks in Suite 38. I could have curled up next to her in her cozy, spotless and pretty room. This resort is purrrrfect for anyone owned by a cat who wants a care free holiday.

I would never willingly board my cats anywhere else. These guys are amazing, treat every cat (and their humans) as special, and are good value to boot. Have used them for long and short stays and even 'day care'. I know when I leave my two cats behind that I don't need to worry about them for a minute.

Complete peace of mind, we were so worried that going away for a month would be an issue but Cats Conservatory have given our kitties an accommodation to enjoy and our minds to relax while we are away.

Our cat Oscar has stayed at Cats Conservatory four times. Originally I was driving an hour out of town so that he would not be in a small cage. This place is like a dream come true. It is close to home and the cages are fantastic. Very roomy. Nice play area outside the cages. Carers are very attentive and remember my cat when I call to reserve a spot. One time we were away for 3 weeks so they upgraded Oscar to a corner suite and because we stayed longer we received a discount. Also love that you get a picture when you pick up.

I was met by Karen who immediately put me at ease and explained fully the routine and care that would be given to 'Sam'. I was most impressed and found the setting to be very pleasing, spotlessly clean with large well appointed cages, pleasant surroundings and play area with soft music playing and tinkling water feature only added to the confidence I felt as a 'First Timer', that 'Sam' would be loved and well cared for.
In the Quality section, I was unable to compare Cats Conservatory with other companies, therefore this section was impossible for me to assess. Maybe a 'First Timer' section could be added to the list above.

This was my cats 5th holiday at Cats Conservatory and I do mean holiday. The suites are spacious, there is plenty of room and variety when she has her 'free time' to play and explore but more importantly it is the individual attention that she receives. I think this is key to my cat accepting the changed environment, being relaxed and enjoying her holiday. It also gives me peace of mind that she is in a safe and caring environment.

Took my beloved cat here for the first time for a 3-week stay. Couldn't be more impressed with the facilities, staff care and attention and cleanliness. My furry friend came back home looking very dapper and had obviously been very well cared for, not just fed and watered. Will definitely be returning.
