Our local Vet recommended Cats Conservatory when Breezy was only 9 mths and we had a trip planned. I have always been impressed with the facilities and service. She is always happy there and settles in well.

Can't believe you get such a service for the cost and we have even had costs reduced when we collected early, amazing.

Thoroughly recommend for any cat lover.

Rex & Willie stayed for 2 weeks. They've come home healthy and happy and were well cared for. Willie is quite a nervous cat and the way the enclosures are set up, there are good spaces for him to sit and watch the world go by.

We have been leaving our 4 fluffballs with the Cats Conservatory annually for the last 3-4 years. They are so well looked after that they don't want to come home!
Seriously, a kinder and more caring environment would be hard to find.

I thought I would update my review as Rosie has spent actual months of this year with Susan and the team whilst we have been working interstate. She has taken over the cattery, learned two new languages, launched a coup on the tomcats put on a (much needed) kilo and taught Susan the benefits of broom handles as an adjunct to the gentle art of persuasion in getting her down from the rafters where she peers eerily upside down at the other cats! Since she has been home she has demanded equal speech, taught the dog to whine and refused enough food to feed the RSPCA!! We are trying to 'take back' the power as we speak but it may come to counselling or a powersharing arrangement with Susan involved in dispute resolution! If you are looking for a moggy 'home away from home'.....beware of what you wish for..... Thanks Susan!!!

Buddy had a relaxed stay here, No behaviour problems when we took him home as has happened in the past. He was very relaxed when we went to collect him. Lovely staff and very content pets which is a good sign.

Fantastic. Staff went above and beyond and pay attention to detail. They don't just look after your cat - they really care about them. Will be back.

The friendliest, cleanest and most welcoming cattery we have ever been too both for the cat and us. They actually like what they are doing and are good at it which translates to a happy cat. We would not consider another.

My cat was well looked after. They were very helpful when I had to change my dates at the last minute and also very generous when I arrived with my nervous cat and a very messy travel box.

So clean, open, spacious and friendly. I love all the plants in the open areas that the cats get to play in and explore each day. Great value for the services provided. The cats are always a lot more comfortable and happy when I pick them up compared to some other places I've used. Definitely my first choose!
