We had Peter install ducted heating for our daughter. He was terrific. Very keen to do his best for us. He was a credit to the coldflow business.

Do yourself a favour, and stay clear of this organisation, they are rude, arrogant and unwilling to take responsibility for their vendor relationships.

When you question their integrity they get their backs up, and its only once you forward your complaint to Consumer Affairs and seek legal action against them to they even start to get the ball moving.

If I had my time over again I would have gone with [Redacted alternate business] at a slightly higher price and saved myself all the time and stress in dealing with Coldflow and Seeley International.

This has to be one of the worst organisations that I have dealt with, and the fact they try and shift blame even after a call to the ACCC has clearly stated that both Coldflow and Seeley International have broken the law.

Wouldn't recommend at all. I purchased system from Coldfliw because they could install within 2 weeks. But on day of install electrician couldn't come - too many called in sick that apparently. Second appointment also cancelled so I'm still waiting for air con. Service terrible - keep getting told I'll get a call back which doesn't happen and service people rude and unapologetic. Also turned out the system they sold me couldn't be installed without a pump - an extra $500 for me to pay - but this wasn't identified when they came to give a quote. Overall very disappointing.

Well, I am shocked!
I have never experienced such a 'matter of fact' response from a business in all my life. To be told that the company is "not interested in performing some works on my existing central heating system, because something may go wrong" is the most amazing response I have ever received! When I ask to speak with someone else I am informed "this is what the General Manager said" what sort of a response is that? Even after informing the caller from ColdFlow that the Technical Services Manager from the Manufacturer Seeley has been out and inspected the relatively new unit and stated the alterations to my system can be done with ease, I am informed "they are not interested"!! With that sort of attitude and that I had to follow up on my initial email to their company with a secondary one to elicit a response I'd be thinking twice about using or recommending ColdFlow for anything. I guess you reap what you sow!
I am still reeling in disbelief at this response from Coldflow
Go elsewhere if you're wanting service

I had an evaporative air con fitted by this company (Cold flow Air and Heating of Springvale Victoria) in January 2017. The air con is working well. However the professionalism of the tradesmen leaves a lot to be desired.Rubbish was left in the roof space and in the garden. Our alarm system was disconnected.
During the fitting process the bullnose roofing was badly damaged. This wasn't noticed until it rained, some two to three weeks later when the roof leaked, flooding the decking below.
Since this time numouous phone calls to the warranty department have been made. Numouous visits by tradesmen have been made to rectify the issue.
Today's effort is a complete botch up
I asked that a licensed roof plummer be sent to fix the problem. The roof is a traditional bull nose with corregated sheeting. Today two guys turned up and placed a large flat sheet of colour bond sheeting over the leaking area. I could have done a better job myself. I'm 72.
Totally unacceptable.
I am now looking at taking this issue further. To court if necessary.
If you are considering having an aircon fitted stay away from this company at all costs.
My experience seems to me to be. They have my money. Now they don't want to know.

After having night mare experiences with other companies, Coldflow were able to fix and heat and cool our existing rooms. So happy to finally have heating and cooling again.

IF ZERO STARS WERE A POSSIBILITY, EVEN THIS WOULD BE TOO HIGH. THREE YEARS IN AND WE ARE STILL HAVING MULTIPLE ISSUES AND THESE GUYS DONT EVEN TURN UP AND ARE COMPLACENT WHEN YOU ADVISE THE OFFICE AS SUCH. PLEASE PEOPLE PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND AVOID THE HASSLES THIS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH.

Approximate cost: $9990
