Recently purchased a heating and cooling system from their home show stand. Salesmen came out, i asked a lot of questions, he gave me several brands to choose from (others only tried to push one brand). Had the units installed yesturday, what a difference the heating and cooling makes to my Weatherboard home in Camberwell. I needed more air in one of the kids bedrooms, and they came out today. Installers were great, i really appreciated the quick turn around service. Now have told all my friends how great Coldflow is- and will recommend again. Thanks Terry and Installers. Terrific service from the word go. I decided to install evaporative cooling in my 2 storey townhouse. The service was prompt and efficient, installation took place within the same week that I got my quote from Chris who patiently and politely answered every question that I threw at him. The Installation guys were so polite and punctual. They arrived at 7 o'clock on the dot and were finished by lunch time. I was so happy that (40 degree) day and couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience.

We got them to put in a replacement ducted heating unit, and they were the cheapest in our range of quotes, and did a great job. Installed two new vents (in bathroom and laundry), and decommissioned two old vents. The installation team was well organised with plumbers and electricians turning up during the day when required to do various bits. Very pleased with the overall service and considering them now for our cooling needs.

UPDATE

Coldflow finally gave us a quote, $2,596.!! However, the problem was fixed by another organisation for under $500.! Our A/C unit has now been working very effectively since Feb, thanks to another business.

Firstly THANKYOU for dealing with our earlier complaint. The problem was eventually solved.

HOWEVER, based upon fixing the last complaint, in good faith we contacted ColdFlow again to fix our old AirCon at home. We told ColdFlow that the unit was not working and we needed a quote for repairs.

A rep came out and for $145 told us "your unit isnt working". ie he told us what we already knew. Then he did NOT give us any quotes for repair options.

I rang the maintenance manager and there was NO RESPONSE.

I emailed the Manager and there was NO RESPONSE.

Clearly they have no interest.

Approximate cost: $2,000

Coldflow did my heating during this cold Melbourne winter. Purchase a new 6 star Braemar gas ducted heating system - now saving me a lot on my gas bill vs my old Brivis 2 star unit. Overall great price, good installers, couldn't be happier. Will contact them over summer time for a new evaporative cooling system. thanks Coldflow- and particularly Chris from sales for the great advice.

Rang to get a quote for two reverse cycle A/C units I was asked for my credit card details as was told they only had 4 units left of the units I wanted & would put two aside until I could confirm acceptance of quote, two days later I was contacted to arrange installation & when I said that I had not yet received or accepted the qoute that I was in breach of contract and would have to pay an extra $700 this issue was resolved & a few days later I received the quote by email, when I rang to arrange installation no date could be given and was told on 3 occasions they would ring back - on each occasion no one rang back. I then found out the full price of units was deducted from my credit card before I even accepted the quote and the full price of installation was also deducted from my credit card the day after I rang to arrange installation, not only were these payments not authorised by me they were not consistent with Coldflows terms and conditions which are 20% deposit for the A/C units on acceptance of quote with balance on completion and cash payment to installer on day of installation. I contacted Coldflow re the unautherised credit card deductions and told I would be refunded that week, no money was refunded so contacted Coldflow again and was told the money was definately refunded and would be called back on Monday with a payment reference number for me to follow up with my bank. I reported the unautherised transactions to my bank and notified Coldflow, I received full refund 24 hours later.
Would definitely not recommend.

Fantastic service, from sales quote (being ontime) to the installation tech (very pole and tidy work) and then followup post installation call. I had 1 split unit installed.
Only issue I had initially was the appointment booking to meet sales person onsite, no confirmation had come through until I contacted Coldflow the 2nd time. Other then that, overall please with the service.

Ducted Evapoative System-Excellent Sales Guy, Matt knows his stuff, turned up promptly and on time following my enquiry. He is a Tradie with the Experience and it shows in his Design of Systems. Installers were great(I'm in the Large Commercial Aircon Game, and can say the Quality of the install is AA+).

After putting off replacing a 37year old wall furnace (which still worked but not efficiently) I got quotes for ducted heating, Nick from Coldflow came out promptly, answered my questions and gave a competitive quote. Three days later my ducted heating was installed by Corey and Jeff who were efficient, polite and very helpful, the two electricians (whose names I didn't get) did their part quickly and well. Thank you Coldflow.

Had Evaporative Cooling installed in roof cavity recently. Cools whole house. Salesperson in showroom friendly, knowledgeable, explained options and ensured we purchased right system for our home. Installers were fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
