ok servise to use, i used to se it quite often when we lived further away from coles but the ordering online is a bit time consuming and difficult to work out,but once u get the hang of it they have some great online specials and beats walking round the supermarket with the kids anyday!

i love the idea of shopping and getting it delivered this service is great as you can do the shopping in the comfort of your own home,and order the grocerys and then pay for them,and they are then delivered

i use colesonline every week. at first i thought it was much more expensive than shopping at the store and i still think it is slightly more expensive. but the up side is you can really think about your budget and take things out if its too expensive. this way you only spend what you have. you also get it delviered which saves heaps of time. the delivery drivers are really nice and will unload shopping for you in the kitchen if you want. you also usually get a free sample of something everyweek to try.
there have been a couple of instances where something has been forgotten in my order but they have credited me straight away without any hassle.
recommend for busy people especially if you are on a budget.

I was using Coles Online for a while, and while it was convenient while I was working 8+ hours a day, it's really a rip off. The prices are more than shopping in a store, plus delivery on top of that. Granted, whenever there was a problem with an item (eg. bad quality, incoreect item etc) they'd refund to your account, no question. Coles Online is great for busy, working people with no time to shop, but for people watching what they spend on groceries, its not good. The only plus is that you could find the cheapest product THEY offer, it could sort that way.

I was using Coles Online frequently for a while, but I kept having problems with my orders. Things didn't turn up, I was over charged, items were damaged and one item was even mouldy inside the jar. The call centre staff were fantastic. They always compensated me for these issues, and were understanding, but the measures they took didn't stop it happening. The final straw for me was finding out that they charge more for most of the items I was buying online than they do in store. I had no idea about this, I thought the only extra cost I had was the delivery charge. When I worked out the total cost overall it was far more than I was willing to pay for this service.

Loved the convenience. The drivers were generally friendly and helpful. I've been ordering my groceries online with this service, and have been thoroughly impressed by the organised nature of the service. I will continue using this service!

I have used Coles Shopping Online about 3-4 times and find them to be friendly drivers and they carry heavy items inside and come when they say they will. You have to pay a small delivery charge but nearly every time i have got the exact items or a substitute (if you don't like any items, you just keep your order list and return any unwanted items to any Coles supermarket). It was great to do all my Christmas grocery shopping without all the problem of finding parking and waiting in queues. Great service.

Its great if your busy just to be able to get the things you need for the week online. If you like online shopping give it a go! I did and i haven't looked back. :)

I love the friendly people that deliver my groceries, they are fast at unloading the groceries onto the table and always have a smile.

If they are running late I get a phone call which I love, no need to worry.

Some of the prices are a bit higher, but I dont have to get a taxi to go there and back so the delivery fee is by far lower than the taxi fare. The fruit and veg are pretty good but have had some bad ones but got credited for them or had replacements, it was no problem.

I love the emails I get in advance for items that they did not have and what they substituted with if possible, great idea that.

Overall very happy with Coles Online :)
