very enjoyable place went with group of friends, sat at the out side sitting area, very lovely place just need to work on small thing like keeping place tidy saw few spider waves on the potted plant looks like cleaner is not doing proper job. My hubby ordered beef ribs he loved it so much we are already planning to go back soon.
I ordered spaghetti sea food dish wasn't very good.
over all nice place to hang out with friends but order took really long, they took almost 30 minutes to serve our dishes and extra 5 minutes to serve my friends.

Down stairs - Very relaxed place. Always see the friendly locals. Great place to kick back and have a few quite drinks.
Upstairs - Food is very good and there is a sectioned off lounge area to relax.

Staff are very friendly and productive.

Great food, clean premises, nice atmosphere. It's nice to be upstairs away from the bar. Sometimes the service is slow because they are busy.

I went to the bistro for a late dinner and was really happy with it - the meals there are great, and the atmosphere is lovely. Not outrageously cheap but perfectly reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.

The bistro at 'the Croc' is great. The premises are spacious and clean and it's located upstairs well away from the general bar and pokies. They have a good range of meals on offer and it's always hearty and delicious. The terrace is comfortable and equipped with outdoor heaters and LCD TVs. They do have a $10 dollar steak but I recommend spending the extra $5 for the succulent sirloin.

The bistro has a pleasant atmosphere - bright and clean. They serve standard pub fare but they do it well. My favourite dish has got to be the pan-fried salmon - comes with a heaping mound of mash (or salad on request) and relish (capsicum?). The skin is crispy and the fish is nicely done, not overcooked. Food comes quite fast too considering the crowd during lunch hour.

went here to grab a bite to eat before heading to the concert. The food was pretty nice for pub grub, I had a steak and it was tasty and my friend has a pot pie with the most awesome pastry which had bubbled up to about 3-4cm high! There was a function upstairs (wedding reception...weird) but the staff just gave us menus and even gave us free soft drinks (though I suspect the bar man was flirting with my friend). Clientele is questionable and decor is a bit on the tacky side - there is a huge crocodile encased in glass in the floor with light bulbs where it's eyes are suppose to be lol!

Crocodile Hotel has a medium sized bistro on it's second floor. The decor is minimal and creates a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I have ordered the $10 Steak Special on two occasions. It comes with Chips, Salads and choice of sauce on the side. It is a great value bistro meal available every night of the week. There a number of other pub style items ranging up to approx $17. Table service is available. There are also a number of couches to the side, and a bench. You wouldn't feel out of place eating here by yourself.

This hotel is quite enjoyable and really good value especially if you get the $10 steak chips and salad(or veg and mash with taste great.they have a trivia night on Monday which is also alot of fun.The staff are very friendly
