Would not recommend this business unless you want nightmares at night , should be a great experience but we’ve had nothing but issues . No care and worst possible trades are used to build your home

We are very disappointed with the response from Dennis Family homes. If you value the friendship with your neighbours, don’t use them.

We were woken up on more than one occasion before 7 am, in one instance work started at 6:15 am. We had video surveillance showing the early start. The workers knew they couldn’t start until 7am and when approached, stopped for 15 minutes before commencing work again. The workers expressed themselves loudly and in an offensive manner to my wife.

We called after 9am (as there is no before/after hours phone number). The building supervisor accepted the contractors version. So if you value your neighbours friendship, think very very carefully about using Dennis Homes to build your house. It does not seem to reflect the values they have on their website." or "Does this reflect their values displayed on their website?

This is the third house we have built and we are thrilled with every aspect of our new home. From our preliminary discussion at the sales office to handover, every step was handled professionally and we were completely confident in the whole building process. The result is a home we are proud of and if we ever decided to build again, we would most certainly choose Dennis Family Homes.

Worst experience ever!! Dennis family homes in wagga were great at the contract stage but ever since it has been poor. The amount of problems we have had with the house is disgraceful.
From drainage not being correct, to walls being out of square. Cracked tiles and painting not finished.
Finding it very hard to get a response from them to fix the issues. I would never ever build with them again. Extremely disappointed we made such a poor choice in builder

A great company for building houses. What I like most about this company is the friendly receptionist. I recommend many people to visit Dennis Family for enquires about building a house

We recently built a house with Dennis Family and would definitely build with them again. The house was finished to a high quality and the small complaints or errors were repaired without fuss or delay. For example window types in a room were incorrectly installed, doorway was hinged rather than cavity sliding - but both were fixed promptly after being pointed out.

The double story Riverton house was completed in 7 months (completed in July '09), which was great, especially considering many negatives heard about this issue. The house is finished to a great standard and well designed, with custom changes to the plan incorporated well.

A big negative to highlight was the poor service by the sales rep (Berwick Chase display), that continually delayed and provided incorrect contracts, made incorrect statements about inclusions and made inappropriate comments to me about other display visitors. It would have turned us away, had there been other suitable houses/builders - and it did almost turn us away from building full stop. I would have spent more money with the builder had they not delayed the contracts process so much (it took about 5 months from deposit to contracts complete). I get better service buying a $5 happy meal than a $300k home to live in, go figure? A secret shopper would do wonders for sales figures - as the homes and prices are good value.
