overall good, but the time to process order/ship items was over a week after ordering online, once shipped did arrive in couple of days and that was the standard shipping service, so that was good....digidirect always one of my first goto companies so highly recommended.

digiDirect have great range of gear with very competitive pricing. I've purchased in store and got great service, but I've also ordered several items online and was very impressed with the turn around times and the care taken with packaging the items to avoid damage in post. I'll definitely be purchasing more gear through digiDirect in future. Keep up the great work :)

Why is it so hard for you guys to make a simple adjustment on the website that shows whether or not you have the items in stock?
We shouldn't have to find out if it's in stock AFTER making a purchase through an email from you guys with a $50 coupon to stay in the order list or cancel it. Such ploy.
BUYER BEWARE: Avoid digiDirect's online store like the plague. Individual brick-and-mortar locations might be ok but the online store's service, support and communication is definitely amongst of the worst I've ever encountered. A complete joke.
There's no point in me relaying everything I've experienced. However, I'll say that I almost never post negative reviews of any business....but digiDirect completely deserves this one.

I ordered online a camera Canon Rp with the lense and a extra battery with the memory card.
As the other reviews, they took me the money straight away when anywhere in the website said that they didn’t have stock... and after few days I received an email that the camera and the lense will be delayed 2 weeks... The camera arrived delayed but the worse is the Extra battery and the memory card I ordered the 8th of August... still pending to arrive.
After more than one month delay, I received an email saying they still don’t have stock but probably they will be able to have stock on late October more than 2 months after than when I ordered.
They proposed me another memory card by phone saying that was the same than the one I ordered and more expensive and that was a lie when I compared it online!
Checking the webside the one I orderd is faster cause it works 299m/s while the one they proposed me was 260/ms and it’s not more expensive as they said.
Not a serious company, the customer service are unhelpful and rude.
I would NEVER recomend Digidirect.
All my orderd suposed to be for a Birthday on August and still waiting...

NO STOCK! These guys take your order knowing full well they dont have the item is stockl. Then when you request a refund they drop off the face of the planet!!! I see from other reviews this is a common occurance. I also see they reply with they are experiencing a large number of requests....well heres an idea dont sell non existant stock and you wouldnt have this problem. Theives

Hello Liz. I'm sorry you were unhappy. I can see your email from 2 days ago requesting a refund. I see our online team did receive it and they flagged your order for a refund, but they did fail to actually respond to you to let you know that it was being actioned. I do apologise for that, they should have done a better job of keeping you in the loop with the status here so you weren't wondering what was happening. That refund is being processed today, you should see that confirmation come through shortly. My apologies, thank you for your patience.
