Worst place ever. Website says HEATED pool. The water was cold. My arthritic dog barely put a paw in because it was cold but they still charged me $5 "because once that gate is open that it". The shampoo I paid $2.50 or so for was so watered down I lost most of it down the sink. Their website is a far cry from the real thing. Dont waste your money. $17 to bathe my own dog with a thimble full of water and stick his paw in a cold "hydrotherapy pool" - its a joke

My various dogs over the years have been groomed by Dogoverboard and I have always found the staff helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help with any doggy emergency or problem which I have. My dogs have always enjoyed going to Dogoverboard and have always willingly entered the shop and grooming room. I recommend Dogoverboard to all my friends who have dogs because I cannot fault the staff or the grooming at Dogoverboard.

Took our staffy there for puppy preschool and they were amazing with him! we are there at least once a week to do the DIY bath. He always gets kisses and attention from the staff. Great set up with the baths and drying area. Wouldn't take our baby anywhere else!

Very disappointed with the way they mistreated my dog. Although they gave my dog a good wash an hair cut. Wont be going back there. The staff were nice except for one who was very rude.

I leave my chihuahua puppy here regularly for 'long doggie day care' while I'm at work. She gets heaps of attention from the kind and friendly staff who really take care of her; she loves it as she's a very sociable little dog! It totally removes the angst I'd feel if I left her home alone. For a little extra, they also cut her nails for me (if you need it, you can drop in for 'a pedicure' without an appointment). And if you want the whole wash, wax, cut & polish, or a swim in the hydrotherapy pool, just make an appointment and their professionally trained staff will take care of everything; it's all available there at a very reasonable price. You can also save some money and DIY, if you wish. Couldn't recommend them more!!

These guys are awesome and do a fantastic job with our 2 cavalier king charles. They are professional every step of the way and don't use harnesses etc when grooming your dog plus you can actually watch them doing it if you want. No behind the scenes stuff

Fantastic service! We have giant breed dogs and they are catered for in the larger size baths. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Well done, Dogs Overboard :) you make DIY dog grooming easy!

Our puppy hated baths, and wasn't too keen on water either so we thought we would take her to pet overboard and see how she would go in the dog pool. She was a lot less scared, and seemed to enjoy herself splashing around in there. We also gave her a bath in the height adjustable DIY baths. So easy to use, and no ticking time limit like some other DIY dog baths. Great services and great, knowledgeable staff - highly recommend a visit!

We had a bad experience with a groomer prior to finding Dog Overboard. So much so that we never wanted to leave our little Toy Poodle Lee-Lou with anyone ever again.
But Dog Overboard shed a totally different (& exceptional) light on the grooming experience. Lee-Lou is now groomed regularly there & she loves it. We pick her up happy & bouncy, with a sweet little bow in her hair.
We were recently at the RSPCA Million Paws Walk and were really touched when Lee-Lou's groomer Tenille recognised her and came over for a cuddle- talk about knowing your clients! Tenille obviously has such passion in her work as she does such a gorgeous job everytime and Lee-Lou adores her.
We have absolute trust in Dog Overboard. We will never go anywhere else
