Very happy with Doorite Screens. The whole process was a very pleasant experience. Romy was very professional and polite. David was prompt in doing a measure and quote. Even though they advised that it will take up to 3 weeks for installation, they completed the job in less than one week from paying deposit. Wayne was very nice and efficient, arrived very punctually. I love the end product invisiguard. Would highly recommend Doorite Screens!!!

After sale response when things go belly up is a defensive tactic of complete denial and blaming the customer.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of product as deterioration has been astounding. Have you ever been told that you have to clean dust off and external door every 3 months? Good luck if there’s an issue.

Great looking screen door , very good service and installed to perfection.

We needed to retrofit insect screens to sliding doors. I wanted something neat and unobtrusive that preferably fit within the existing door frame. Most companies wanted to fit a large frame around the existing doors so they could install their screens. Yuk. Doorite were the only company to say, yep, we can fit screens within the existing frame. Yay!
They are great - they colour-matched the existing frame and the screens look like they're part of the original doors, not a retrofit. We can now get a breeze through, and I'm really very happy with the purchase. Well priced, too.
Before ordering I did go down to the factory where the staff were really helpful and had everything on display. Everyone at Doorite was lovely - from the sales staff, factory staff and installers. Very happy to recommend this local business.

I have had a fantastic experience with Doorite screens.
They went out of their way to offer solutions for our 40 YO security door with the broken handle. The job was assessed and the repair completed within a couple of days at an extremely reasonable price considering the effort that went into getting it just right. Everyone my mother and I dealt with could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
It is very refreshing that family companies are still surviving in this day and age and somewhere you can still get real service and talk to real people.
I would not hesitate in using there services again in the future.

I have had the pleasure of my new security screen door installed today that not only looks amazing, it has transformed the entrance to my business/home. Their made-to-measure service was first class through initial, friendly and helpful customer service consultation, the build quality, through to the final installation. All manaufactured and installed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I visited Door Rite to see if they could repair a lock from an old security door which was needing to either be repaired or replaced. After looking at the lock they said it couldn't be repaired but after a few minutes of looking around they found a similar used lock and gave it to me. I offered to pay but they wouldn't accept anything and were happy for me to have it.

I'll certainly be keeping this company in mind when I need a new security door and have no hesitation in recommending them. Fantastic service.

My door was installed a few days ago and it has totally transformed the look of my entrance. I went for the newest model called “Malvern” and it has worked beautifully!

I just wanted to say how much I love my new security screen door and what a brilliant job you did…it has made a HUGE difference to the amount of light in my new kitchen, being able to see outside, apart from the security aspect… a bonus, it stops some drafts coming in from the old front door too….& really suits my little period workers cottage. I also appreciate the time you put in to explain things to me, like how secure it was, as I live close to beach, how to maximise rust prevention over time, by double dipping and how you could adapt the design to match the panels of my period front door … nothing was a problem.
I know Wayne is coming back to changeover something from grey to black…but just wanted to say how thrilled I am at the installation job he did so professionally and quickly too.

From the moment I called to enquire about the types of screen doors the service was friendly and they had a rep come out to my place to do the measurements within a week. Screen doors look excellent as they were custom built and the service was very friendly. Highly recommend.

We got three quotes and they were cheaper on one and on par with the other. Don't waste your time shopping around, Doorite are great value and their product is fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Doorite.

I had a couple of quotes done and the girl who came out was on time, talked me through all my options and provided me a quote on the spot. I went with a steel frame canterbury door for my Victorian terrace house and a single window screen in the same steel mesh.
The guy who came out to check measure called me within a few days of me placing the order, and within a few weeks my door/flyscreen was ready. I had to initally change one thing before they started to manufacture the flyscreen and this was also no problem. Wayne came out to install my goods and was on time, friendly, and quick and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the quality of good, installation and service and would recommend to anyone.

Just had a steel porch enclosure installed and we are rapt with the end result. It really looks amazing and the workmanship is of a very high standard.

I visited the showroom to see the doors in person before I made my final decision. The staff were very helpful and offered practical advice in relation to materials, design choice, etc.

And good value for money.

Overall, it was a simple process for me and our job was handled with the utmost professionalism.

Job took around 5 weeks.

Would definitely recommend without any hesitation.

Wayne was fastidious with the measurements on our 80 year old house and double checked his templates and any queries he had with us.
