I can't believe how good this company is. Nick came and assessed our problem and was open and honest regarding what was required to fix the issue. Even more than that they did not charge for the consult which was supposed to be $55. With in 15 minutes he was able to clearly explain the issue. I'm so impressed I will definitely use them again. After engaging the services of Drainpro for our recent blocked drain problem, its very clear why this company is miles ahead of their completion. We recently had a sewer blockage at my elderly mums place. We did the usual ring around, only to be messed around by 2 local plumbing companies. We called Drainpro, within 2 hours the friendly plumber was onsite, and within an hour of arrival, had completed all work. He even showed us the spotless drain ( Drain Camera)after he had removed roots from the line. Their office staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they seem to have only 1 focus.... the customer. Amazing service under very short notice, especially on a weekend. Within 30 minutes of calling them, they were onsite to address my issues.
