After wasting over $850 on a sham plumbing service, I decided to call the guys at Drainpro for a second opinion. WOW, what a difference. These guys would easily be the most professional TRADESMAN in the country! Their office staff were super informative and assured us that they weren't like all the others. Their plumber arrived within the timeframe specified, diagnosed the blocked drain in half the time of the previous company, and fixed the blocked sewer quickly and timely. They gave me a fixed price prior to starting the job, which is reassuring, and even disinfected the area and cleaned up after themselves. Hands down best service ever! Dont waste your time ringing around, these guys rock.

Dont waste your time calling anyone else. These guys are amazing. They aren't the cheapest, but then again you get what you pay for. We had a blockage that others couldn't fix, but Drainpro sorted it out within the hour. They knew what they were doing and you could tell that they were a lot more experienced than the other companies. Highly recommended!!

The job to replace extensively damaged stormwater pipes (roots!) around my property was done over 3 long days of atrociously hot weather, but the crew remained ever friendly, hardworking & always took the time to update me on the progress. We had our drain thoroughly cleaned and assessed. It clearly revealed the state the pipework was in which offered us a better course of action. Nick and staff are very helpful with questions and explanations. They saved us a lot of money and inconvenience. Good to have a drainage company with old fashion ethic.

What a great company to deal with...Jeff was punctual, knowledgable and sorted out our blocked drain with ease. Not only did he clean up after himself but he also raised the level of the boundary trap so that no more dirt would get into the system. Fantastic service in every way. We are one of two units and recently experienced a blockage in the main common property sewage line which was so badely damaged the driveway had to be dug up and a section of the drain replaced. It was a big job. Drainpro team provided a service that was prompt, professional, courteous and clean. Importantly Drainpro's quote was cheaper than other quotes. Compliance and warranty paper work was provided when the job was finished. In all, we could not be happier to provide a very positive review. Thanks Drainpro.

Dont waste your time ringing around! Call Drainpro. They came out as promised, in the agreed timeframe, and got the job done after two other plumbing companies had attempted to fix. Travis was very polite, knew exactly what needed to be done, and had all the right equipment. The only regret i have, was not calling them first.

Great service from my initial contact with the office (Kelly) to the great job/service carried out by Jeff. The problem was identified & resovled quickly. Further work required at a later date to fully resolve issue, a quote for this was received in timely manner. I would definitely recommend Drainpro for either business or residential requirements. My shower got worse after putting in chemical and days of pumping! Not sure which company to call but decided on call Drainpro yesterday and spoke to Jim after reading all the fantastic reviews. Jeff came out today right on the dot as promised ! Quoted me a fixed price after initial checking. And he got it all CLEARED!! Brilliant!! Professional and Friendly! Jeff is so mindful of trying to keep everything in the home clean! What can i say? I gladly give more than 5 stars if I could! Well done Jeff!

Third time using the gents at Drainpro and happy again. Jeff arrived on time and was a ripper, sorted our root filled storm water drains with a smile, even though he was thrown a few curve balls. Fabulous service from Jeff. Fast and efficient response to the drainage problem in the rental I recently moved into. Very professional and he took the time to explain the issue and the process. Having a dog he also made sure the property was left secured which was appreciated. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend them highly enough. All communication was easy, prompt and diligent. Jeff resolved a blocked pipe/drain issue for us with an excellent blend of common sense, experience and expertise. The cost was significantly lower than a previous quote from a different company and very fair. Jeff thoroughly and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He had all the equipment—cameras etc—and expertly established and fixed our particular blockage. He then checked the general health of our pipes. He talked me through the whole process, showing me pictures and explaining their meaning. I now understand a great deal more about our piping and what to look out for and why. I definitely plan to use DrainPro for any future issues.

Jim at Drainpro did an excellent job in clearing the boundary trap at my rental property today. His service was prompt and courteous and his work efficient and professional. His price was very reasonable. He has a gift of communication under difficult circumstances. With my job he had two clients to deal with as the sewer was shared. He was tactful and persuasive and very patient. I do not hesitate in recommending Jim and his team.

After having plumbers clear blocked sewer on rental property twice, decided to contact Drainpro to undertake camera inspection of sewer line. Nick quickly pinpointed source of problem to the boundary trap (old pipes cracked and breaking apart). Quote quickly provided to replace boundary trap with PVC. Job booked in for following week and done over 2-3 days with minimal disruption to tenants. Good communication at all levels and kept informed by Faye in office who provided photos of works and paperwork. Happy to recommend.
