He explained the issue to us and provided us with solutions and a quote for a practical fix (standard pricing from their system). For each solution, Tayt has explained the pros and cons. He was really thorough and ensure that the issue was fixed and our pipes are flowing properly. In addition, we like that they have a 12 month warranty which gives us peace of mind. Desperate to get my sewer unblocked I phoned DRAINPRO the girl I spoke to was very helpful in no time at all she had organised for someone to come around and help. Jim was extremely punctual and polite and explained what he would need to do and kept me informed throughout the process. The plumber told me what was causing the blockage and whereabouts it was ,also showed me a photo tree roots unfortunately. After working on the sewer for a several hours he had successfully cleared the blockage . He also quoted me upfront so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. Would recommend DRAINPRO to anyone wanting a professional service.

I have had a wonderfully positive experience with Drainpro. I was comfortable using them from the overwhelming number of positive reviews. They 'delivered' at each stage of my contact with them, starting with my initial enquiry through to the completion of the job. In our case the work took 4 days as a large section of stormwater piping was dug up and re-laid. This was no easy task as the guys had to navigate several large tree roots and other obstacles.
