I went there twice in the last week. The first time, the staff helped recommend a new graphics card, and they were happy to discuss a future upgrade to my monitor. The two salesmen, Johnny and Tim, were happy to have a chat and listened to what I actually wanted and made recommendations based on that, no sales pressure, no up-sell. The place had enough staff and they were friendly and knowledgeable, which is a nice change from a lot of places that seem to just want you to buy and get out.

The second time I went, I dealt with a gentleman (didn't get his name) who came up with a creative solution to a problem I'd been having. He probably saved me a few hundred dollars for a new component. Once again, no sales pressure, no up-sell.

Worst service ever.

I took my laptop because my charging port was not charging the battery. However, I could still plug in the charger and just use the laptop without charging the battery.

The store owner gave me a quote which was way too expensive, so I decided to leave it as is.

When I got the laptop back, I found that my brand new Sandisk SSD hard drive was replaced with an out of order OCZ hard drive.

So I went back to have a word. Initially they denied everything. But when I told them that I still have the receipt of the hard drive which has the serial number written and I am taking the receipt to the police station, he asked me to give leave the laptop so he can ask his team to see if a mistake has been made.

I went back 3 days later, to find that my original hard drive was back in place, but the owner still holding on to the statement that the hard drive was never replaced. I brought the laptop home, and this time the display cable was plugged, just for the purpose of annoying me.

Lucky for me, I was able to fix the display cable, but I have never seen such unprofessional people.

Honest staff! Good service! Reasonable pricing! Truly, you can expect the best!

I took my laptop in to Laptop Kings because my headphone jack was stuck in the outlet. Frank was a champion and managed to get it out on the SPOT, free of charge. You don't find service like that many places anymore. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

A couple of honest computer hereos that won't hurt your wallet. We have been here a few of times for our computer check ups. Our desk tops and lap tops have all been patients here. Located right opposite to Cranbourne Police Station. Shop is nothing fancy. Just a couple of tech guys, some equipment & over flowed computers.

What you need to know is, these guys are honest. They are not going to do anything unnecessary. If it is not performing ideally, they can successfully pinpoint the problem and make it all better.

Here is the thing. Our computer's were running slow. They were able to speed things up. We needed to reinstall programs, they were able to do it. We needed memory, they had it.

For simple tech issues to building a computer these guys are legit. Other places in the area do not even compare. Service is fast and efficient. Some jobs are quick, some take a bit longer. They keep you in the loop of what to expect.

FYI, their phones are always busy, don't worry about calling them for a booking, just take your computers in.

They stayed within the quote of their standard rate and understood I had a ceiling limit with my budget for additional (software, etc) products if needed, with no pressure to choose any. Which I discussed with the costumer service before making a booking. The technicians have been prompt, polite and straight forward. The technicians explained things to me in simple terms, and gave me some options, and fixed the problem, considering my budget and the type of computer user I am. I feel they offer value for money and personalized service. So I use them because I have confidence in there service. They have very good costumer service follow up. A+
