i went here because my computer was playing up and before they took it they said a few options it could be,it was my cord,so all i needed to do was buy a new cord,it is nice that people are honest and helpful.they could of charged me to take the computer and look at it but instead said to try a few things first.Great people

Been here to get some parts for my hard drive to run with a wifi modem. I don't know much about computers, but the staff here explained everything to me and once I got home, I was able to follow their instructions and fit the parts perfectly! Happy customer here!

In 2010 my wife took our computer to Elite for a service which she had done in the past, and to receive new front usb ports, it came out of the shop with a new power supply motherboard CPU ? new 320 gig HD ? Hadn't used 50 uncompressed of the 80 gigs it already had. More RAM I didn't mind but still the old case with un working usb ports.
After Questioning wife! I go to shop to retrieve old hard ware, MB-CPU-RAM-HD-PS reluctantly Elite hands them over (which I now have in another case working beautifully). Wife again takes computer in for regular service on 14/07/2011 Again they charge her for new 320 gig HD (said it had 80 gig HD all compressed up) new CPU fan (said it wasn't working) After Questioning wife (stupid me) I start computer to hear the same very noisy fan it had last week! I open case to find dust on everything including 320 gig HD and CPU fan? With Elite assuring me that they replaced them with new, even went as far as rummaging through a pile of hard drives to find an 80 gig one that they assure me is mine. Really I'm sure I don't look that stupid. Anyway after opening case he refunded cash for HD & fan. I will not be returning or referring anyone to Elite computers.

I needed an upgrade on my laptop. These guys were really helpful. They only had the computer a day or two and made some suggestions that made my laptop run a lot faster with very little expense. My husband was so happy he made me take his computer in a get the same thing done.

I've been a long time customer of Elite computer having bought my computer and accessories there. This is because of the consistently top notch service. Tim is very knowledgeable and gives great advice.

Bought a new hard drive recently. Due to me losing all my photos from my old hard drive, Tim happily put all my music and photos onto CD free of charge as a service coz I bought a new hard drive. He was wonderful and his service was exceptional.

I have bought and had computers repaired here. Their service is good and staff are very friendly. Their prices are on parr with most other repairers . They are also quite happy to give out good advise
