Fastway never picked up, after chasing for 3 days I cancelled and re-book with someone else. Fastway driver turned up unannounced, tried to grab the item and broke a personal belonging and then run off (without the box) when I confronted him. Horrible company!!

I had a lot of trouble with the call centre staff - rude, refused to let me speak to a manager, kept changing the story, etc. However, this is the SYDNEY call centre. The staff at the Perth depot were very helpful and friendly and I was more than happy after getting off the phone with the owner. If you have troubles with Fastway - ask to be transferred direct to the Perth branch!!

I'm still waiting for a parcel to be delivered from Ballarat to New Gisborne after two weeks - the customer service line offers a very bored sounding, don't give a damn attitude that leaves you with the absolute assurance that complaints are not even acknowledged yet alone actioned. The unfortunate retailer who chose to use this company to deliver the purchased products has been let down badly. How do Fastway Couriers remain in business??????

Most inconvenient delivery company I have ever come across. They claimed to have attempted delivery on a Thursday. No card was left and on the Friday I received a text message advising me to arrange re-delivery. I called and was advised they have no after hours service and I could walk from the CBD to Port Melbourne to pick up. I was also told that I should have been available for the 2 business days it may arrive on. As someone who works 9-5 and travels for work this is not possible. I was then advising any redirection to somewhere I could pick up would cost an extra $5.50 because as far as they were concerned it was delivered. They then advised me to contact the seller as the seller is their customer not me. They were rude and their service entirely inflexible.

The process of delivering a Mini HiFi has been a sad event from beginning to end on a number of levels. After receiving confirmation that the item had been picked up from the seller, we thought everything was fine. I checked the status of the delivery via Fastways online parcel tracking and it had not changed since being picked up the previous day. I sent an email to Fastway asking them for an update for the progress of my delivery, they did respond to my email for four days. I rang them on the third day and explained what had happened, they said that they had no record of it and that they had to search the depot. Finally, in their response to my email they said that ‘the pick-up manifest had been scanned but we have no record of receiving the physical parcel, contact your supplier’ even after they had picked it up?? After the seller had investigated that it had been ‘lost’ he sent us another Mini HiFi system via the Australia Post parcel delivery service.

Very poor service, would not recommend at all.
Booked for parcel delivery, came on a Wednesday and dropped a card at the door (that's fine), re-booked online for redelivery today (Friday) and also ticked for the item to be left at the door, but have come home today to see it's been carded again and now wont be delivered until next week. This was an urgent delivery, and now Monday will be too late.
Being a morning delivery this morning, there was a chance it could go out in the afternoon truck, but no, no one at the office got this to happen, despite calling the driver while he was packing the truck for the afternoon run.
No one on the phone was of any help (called 3 times and spoke to 3 different girls), and no one made any effort to make things happen, or get the parcel out today. Very disappointing.

Had excellent service from this courier company. They are friendly and reliable and live up to their name of "fast". Had a parcel (medium box) sent across Melbourne - same day - total cost $11 which is way better than the local ... cough PO... cough and arrived almost as soon as the email announcing it.

Great service, good value and definitely will use these guys again.

This courier companies service is extremely disappointing. Waiting a few days for my delivery I contacted the company
to find out when the delivery would be taking place. I was told by the courier for my area that they did not have enough time to delivery the parcel on Friday therefore I was told they would deliver on Saturday morning.
Waited until 11am, I rang the courier who then told me that the "courier cage" was locked and he was unable to make the delivery due to not having the parcels! What a joke! One thing that annoys me is being told that I would have the delivery on Saturday, then being told some lame excuse. I will never use this company again they have an atrocious service.

Hi Jadersgirlo, according to on-line complaints, you are not the only dissatisfied customer! For the life of me, I cannot comprehend why so many delivery companies believe that recipients have all day to sit around waiting for a delivery. After all, some of us have a life!
