Sad there is no option for zero star. Without doubt the worst courier service in Australia. A must avoid at all cost.

Zero stars.
No clue why companies continue to use Fastaway couriers. Hopeless, and even worse, dishonest. Couriers lie about missed deliveries, no cards left, tracking indicates parcel delivered when no delivery even attempted. Customer service is poor - contact number is clogged with angry customers wondering where their deliveries are. If you are a business using couriers for your customers, please avoid this company - it only causes irritation and anger for your customers, and will lose your future business.

Constant lying company, rebooked couple of times still no show. Take as long as they like and customers got nothing can do. Depot only one in whole Melbourne expect customer to pick up themselves???? Please please please avoid this company, Do Not use them

WORST courier service I've ever used. We were home all day on the day that the delivery was expected yet found a card (with no attempted delivery time) in the mailbox. The telephone support is deplorable and due to the lack of confidence at organising a redelivery I decided to drive to their Depot in Port Melbourne to collect the goods myself. Upon arrival there were 5 other customers that had been waiting for quite some time. They appeared to be understaffed and lacked a system or procedures to find the boxes/parcels in the warehouse.

Worst service worst delivery speed unorganised do not care about thier customers. Do not stick to the time they state. They do not inform the customer of any changes. The service from the call centre is shockingly and aggravating. This is the only time i have been angered this much. Fastway is a disappointment. Any purchase that i will buy if i see they deliver with Fastway i will MAKE SURE NOT TO GET IT

If I could vote negative stars I would.

Simple do not use these scam artists/thieves.

I bought a costly item and seller insisted on using fastway. The item was never received yet fastway claim they have a signature on paper... despite that fact that I was interstate at the time. It’s most likely they STOLE the item and forged some bs scribble to claim it was collected.

DO NOT USE THEM.

Dealing with this company is VERY frustrating. Zero star if i could.
Courier text me twice - a parcel is coming on 17th or 18th Sept. Asking if it could be left if nobody home.
I text back yes, on porch, please.
Nothing arrived.
No card in mailbox.
After 2 texts to courier, 1 call to depot and numerous emails i am no closer to resolving it.
Telling me i need a delivery code for Fastway to help me is nothelpful seeing as i was NOT given 1 from them!!!!
Generally feeling i am being given the run around and Fastway are not interested.
Now 5th Oct and it just continues........

Still waiting on a delivery that was marked on the tracking order as delivered. Was fearful of being out of pocket and product, so I called the pickup point to find out what the story was, and they had messed up the delivery address, so why has it been marked off as delivered when no one received it? They are thieves and liars, which, in my opinion makes them criminals. I will be making sure that if I order something now that I will request another courier company, and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same thing. One thing that impressed me was the number of complaints made about Fastway, so well done in that department.

You must NOT use Fastway couriers. I have never come across such a dishonest and incompetent business. After many bad experiences we have to instruct all our suppliers to NOT use this courier. Unfortunately a supplier occasional and unwittingly engages Fastway and we have to go through the nightmare of trying to get our goods. Fastway will accept goods for delivery even to areas they do not service. I have spoken to the local driver in the Shepparton area and he flatly refuses to drive a few hundred meters past his service area limit and will instead return goods to Bendigo or Geelong. How is this not criminal behaviour? Apparently he is on probation according to head office but we still have to chase down parcels that have been redirected 100s of kilometres away. Fastway even have the cheeck to send you a text message advising goods have been delivered when they have actually been sent back to the depots. Many parcels we never see again and have to negotiate refunds with the suppliers and those that do finally get through after being resent with another courier can be over a month later. The head office have sent me the following message -- ", I sincerely apologise for the bad service you have experienced with us at Fastway Couriers, please be assured that your comments will be passed on as we take all feedback seriously and discuss it regularly with our depots and managers. --- Well that was 7 months ago and the service is only getting worse. You have been warned!
