“FASTWAY” what a joke, having had a number of parcels delivered by them and not one delivered promptly and 2 go astray I seriously think the name should be changed to “SLOW-WAY” And their communication is just as slow.

Fastway drivers constantly lie about delivery attempts. I have CCTV above my door and know for sure that they never even bother to attempt deliveries, but they still mark them as failed attempts on the tracker. Every time I get a package through them I have to go to the depot and pick it up myself. Do everything you can to kill this business, there's no point in a courier company that doesn't deliver packages.

Bought a couple of items through eBay and when I realized that it was meant to be delivered by FASTWAY, I knew I was going to have problems...
Called customer service a few times and got treated with no respect at all!
Spoke to [Redacted personal identifier] who told me that he didnt know why my parcel didnt get delivered (as the address was correct) and that it was going back to the depot to be returned to the seller. When I asked him to call them and stop it from happening, he simply said: "Thank you for calling Fastway, have a good day, bye now" and hung up on me!
This company is a JOKE and I dont understand why some people still use their services!
This company is DISGRACEFUL and have NO RESPECT for the people they are servicing!

To all the sellers out there, do yourself and ourselves a favor: DO NO WORK WITH FASTWAY!!!

I am very frustrated and angry about the customer service i received from Fastway Courier. It was the worst customer service i've experienced, the call centre did nothing and kept on feeding me lies . The delivery car never came to my residence on the day of the delivery and didn't even bother to leave a calling card. I had to followup with Fastway through email and phonemail. My emails were never replied, and the customer service assistants were useless and plain liars. Finally, my parcel was delivered a week after the intended date, and the delivery man, Harish (Driver's plate CVG-05S) didn't even have the decency to leave the delivery truck to properly delivery my parcel to my doorstep, he just threw it to my door. That is an incredibly poor display of work attitude and customer service. I will never use the services of Fastway Courier, and will strongly no recommend anyone of thinking of using Fastway as their delivery service.

I am very disappointed with their service (more of their franchisee's) service. Received email saying delivery OTW, sat home all afternoon waiting for it watching the 'track your driver app' only to get an update at 4:15pm with 'failed delivery @ 2:28pm) and calling card left. [Redacted inflammatory comment] - the driver was not in the vicinity at all until after 3 pm! There was no calling card left as to do so he would have had to access the building, which he did not. Tried calling him, phone was off. Call fastway and I'm given the same [Redacted inflammatory comment], asked to change address, get told that it will be at a cost. Why should it be at a cost to me when your employees/contractors are slacking? Can't even get a guarantee that the driver will stop at my building the next time!!! This is just piss poor service.

Bad, worse, WORST!
The courier (Melbourne, Bayside area) never attempted to deliver my parcel. Customer service said a calling card was left. After I told her that there is no calling card, she said it may have flown away. What a bunch of nonsense! As this is the second time, I wonder whether Fastway is doing this on purpose as they charge a re-delivery fee.

NEVER USE FASTWAY. My parcel is sitting in the depot for over a week. I have called everyday and they can't tell me why it hasn't been delivered. I have tried calling and emailing and nothing.

Most unreliable courier company I have EVER dealt with!
Rung the Brisbane number to complain and you end up speaking to someone in another country! There is no way of speaking to someone here in Brisbane!!

For the second time this year they didn't deliver my parcel to me, but to some random stranger. I haven't yet had an uncomplicated delivery via Fastway, whether it be just leaving the package on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell despite instructions on the parcel to do so, giving me the wrong label number when I try to collect a parcel at the depot, or as stated, redirect my parcel to a random stranger. When I've complained, the response (if they bother to respond) is along the lines of "oops! Silly us "
