I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Very professional, top rate customer service and I have super clean carpets!! The cost was nominal compared to the service given, I will be using Luke and his company again. By the way, my carpet was in a fair state, lots of work to get it clean and cant thank you enough for all you did to get it up to scratch again :)

Luke has cleaned our carpet twice now and did an amazing job both times. although it's old he manages to get out the stubborn stains making carpet look fresh and fluffy. I have two kids so it's great that I can get it cleaned so well and it's great value for money. I have recommended him to friends and they were just as happy as I was with the results. :)

I easily googled this company when looking to clean my carpets. I was glad to see they had a fb page and even had a photo of the man i had been in contact with - Luke.
They turned up on time and although the web site did not say that they had a minimum charge out ($99) I was not too upset as I was expecting to pay $65 for one room, they did the two rooms for me within that price. So I was a very happy customer and will re-book when needed.

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Fresh Zest. After calling a number of businesses to get quotes, I immediately decided on Fresh Zest because of Luke's very professional and polite manner. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and quote appropriately. I was delighted to find he was just as professional on the day. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Our carpets are fresh and clean, I would definitely book them again for our next clean.
