Not Express, big thumbs downFirstly it took 2 weeks to finally tell me that they did not have the stock I ordered. I initiated contact 3 times, they did not bother to advise me along the way. In the end the whole (large) order was cancelled.
They are in no way an "express" company and they sell items on their website they don't currently have in stock. Too risky to send money up front to then wait weeks to get the money back on their failures.

I have bought many plants from Garden Express over the years either by calling at the shop or mail order, I have always been very happy with the plants I received. I have just had a parcel arrive of three live plants over a week past the due delivery date due to disruptions by Australia Post and deliveries. I nt holding much hope for them to arrive in good co diction due to the hold ups, but today they were delivered, I opened them and they were in good shape, nice and healthy and still moist. I think this was due to the good packaging by Garden Express and I thank them them for their care. I highly recommend Garden Express. Janine Sillett
Love garden express.....ordering bulbs is so easy as your catalogue arrives and the choice is extensive. Always love when the new catalogue comes. Very helpful staff
I ordered some daylilys through them and they appeared quite small when they arrived. Sadly, they failed to grow well and I let Garden Express know. To their credit, they sent me some more (there were six in the package that I ordered) and five of them grew into lovely plants. They do seem to be honest and efficient.
I have purchased many plants,roses,bulbs from Garden Express and have never been disappointed,we often visit the on site shop and pick up quite a few bargains,for instance weeping 6 ft standard rose $20.00.The catalogue is always enjoyable.

I've used Garden Express a lot and the quality of all of their gardening supplies is fantastic. I bought spring bulbs about six or seven years ago along with rain lillies and they're still going. If you buy ib bulk ( and we're not talking huge amounts here - just three) it's a lot cheaper. Their prices are fantastic anyway.
Ordered a mushroom kit and It was delivered promptly in excellent condition.Would use them again, I am eyeing up the fruit trees HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

I've used Garden Express quite a few times and they're fantastic. Really nice people - I even got a personalised, hand written thankyou card with a delivery once! The plants are delivered relatively quickly so you can get them in the ground at the right time. I always look forward to receiving their quarterly catalog.
Garden Express is a fantastic online gardening shop that actually sells a huge variety of plants and posts them to you. I had looked at their website a few times but wasn't sure about placing an order. When they had a big sale on several months ago I decided to take the plunge and make a small purchase just to test them out. I ordered a couple of native shrubs. My plants arrived quickly and were extremely well packaged - the plants were in perfect condition. Would definitely use again.

Hi Paula, Thank you for your feedback. However I can see that you placed your order whilst we were on Christmas Break between 19/12/23-8/01/24. We have been dispatching orders in order they were placed and can see that we were waiting on a plant that was suppose to arrive from our suppliers, which failed to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances. We do deal with live plants and unfortunately being live plants, they are susceptible to environmental conditions. We were happy to have your order dispatched as soon as we could but you declined and requested to cancel the order.
