Bonaire air Con installed in late May 2018, To date it has never been used. I went overseas and after two days my neighbour heard constant water running. Her Son climbed the fence and stated that the water was gushing from the new ac on the roof, My neighbour contacted the Body Corp, who in turn contacted me, I tried ringing Maroondah and there was no reply, sent an e mail, again no reply. Body Corp were not prepared to wait any longer and sent out an Emergency Plumber. Plumber stated the Solenoid had gone in my new Bonaire Pinnacle unit. I spoke with a man from Bonaire and initially they agreed to pay the bill, now the have changed their mind and are refusing to accept responsibility for the new unused unit being faulty and are refusing to pay the bill for the Plumber. Totally unprofessional and I will be contacting the appropriate people to resolve this, presumably fair trade or someone similar. Needless to say I would not recommend Maroondah or Bonaire, it's a case of take your money and forget about you!

Made very helpful suggestions.Resurfaced the bath,vanity,tiles, and achieved a fantastic result, they were very polite and took great care to clean up afterwards. The price quoted was very reasonable compared to two other quotes.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Several re measures were carried out, three times the valances did not fit, way too much fabric ist and 2nd time, adjustment 3rd time, to date the valance still has more fabric on one side to the other on the bay window,the padding on the tie backs feels very thin, we had the same curtains made for a previous home and these do not compare for quality and fit, a bit disappointing considering the cost.

We recently moved back to Ferny Creek after living on the Mornington Peninsula for 9 years, we regularly commented on the excessive cost and lack of service of Vets in the area, in fact we tried several until we found a vet in Frankson who compared to Thriftyvet for service,(although not in cost, still more expensive)After being away for 9 years the Receptionist and Harry the Vet still remembered us, they really care a great deal about the animals and the people,Harry telephones to see how the treatment is going and gives advise and avoids excessive costs wherever possible.

We regularly have breakfast at this delicatessen,all the food is free range and locally sourced, beautiful eggs benedict and my Husband enjoys the full breakfast, large portions and good value for money,the staff are very friendly,the free range eggs re also worth buying.

I have purchased many plants,roses,bulbs from Garden Express and have never been disappointed,we often visit the on site shop and pick up quite a few bargains,for instance weeping 6 ft standard rose $20.00.The catalogue is always enjoyable.

This Deli can get very busy,but there are generally seats available out the front,the food is very good also the coffee,frequented by lots of locals which is a good sign.

The Hills Medical Surgery is situated in beautiful surroundings.the Receptionists are really friendly and willing to help,you can blood tests there.
