Carly and Tim gave us so much care, compassion and professional support following the death of our loved Mum. Recently I was required to make funeral arrangements for my mother in law's partner after he passed away from cancer. After meeting funeral celebrant, Kristine Rawlinson, I decided to have Greenhaven Funerals quote on his funeral. I was pleasantly surprised at the total price quoted to me.

After accepting the quote I was pleased in the manner Kristine arranged so many aspects of the service from her celebrant presentation including a beautiful poem, organizing the funeral arrangements with the cemetery, preparation of booklets and the after service refreshments. Her attention to detail was outstanding on gathering information on the deceased life and seeking the subsequent approval from us on all aspects of the service. This was all done in the space of only three days.

Kristine presented a wonderful service interspersed with perfect music breaks and a poem. It complemented perfectly the other speakers.

The funeral was commented on by those that attended as a beautiful celebration of his life. Feedback from all who attended on all aspects was extremely positive.

When Heather, my wife of 34 years,recently passed away I was faced with the daunting task of choosing an appropriate funeral director.
To provide the very best of care for Heather was important to me, as I am sure it for anyone in a similar circumstance. I saw her funeral as my final opportunity to demonstrate my love for her.
From the moment I first spoke with Carly, of Greenhaven Funerals, I knew Heather and I were in good hands. The compassion and support for my family demonstrated by Carly was deeply genuine, and the efficiency with which she steered me through the process of creating a personalised funeral service was very comforting. She was constantly available to me and kept me fully informed as to the progress of arrangements as the day of the service approached.
If ever a lady was in the right profession for her, surely it is Carly.
A particular highlight for me is the magnificent job Carly personally did in preparing Heather for viewing. I will never forget that final image of my beautiful wife.

My mum passed away suddenly in December 2014 Carly and her husband Tim were fantastic they made my mums funeral special Carly rang me everyday to see if I needed anything they were fantastic and would recommend them to anyone and they are also helping me so that I can pre pay a funeral for my dad as well and my cousins father passed away as well and Carly and Tim done his funeral as well

It's taken me a while to write this - My husband Mike passed away suddenly in September and I can't speak highly enough of Carly and the sincere compassion and care she gave to our family. Thank you so much to Carly and Tim for taking care of mum, Lorraine. You were a comfort to us at one of the worst times in our lives where we experienced the loss of our lovely bubbly mum. Your texts were great to get informing us of when you were picking mum up and also the care taken in making mum look beautiful on the day. The service was wonderful and Carly's voice was so calming and expressive and lovely to listen to. You gave us the confidence to get up and speak about our mum. There was not one hiccough and friends have rung to say they enjoyed the service immensely.
The costs were very reasonable and it was a bonus to have a copy of the service, too.
