We had our 20 month girl Coco booked in for a ten night stay as we were getting our kitchen renovated and thought was best that she was in a safe and secure place. The Reno's were pushed back four weeks, so we called and asked if we could change the booking. At this stage not knowing the exact dates we needed. Handrob were very accommodating and advised us to call once we knew the dates. Though it was a long weekend and we needed a couple if extra days when we needed to start her stay Handrob were able to fit in with our requirements. We paid extra to have her board on her own and also extra playtime every second day. Also paid a small fee to have photos and an update text through during her Coco's stay. Coco has come back a better dog. As a 20 month old German Shorthair Pointer Coco is full of energy, however we have found that she is much calmer, sitting next to us, not jas jumpy and just better behaved all round. We believe though no training was paid for over her 12 day stay Handrob has reinforced same of her basic behaviours that we were still working on! Can't highly recommend Handrob enough. Coco is looking for her stay in November!

We love Hanrob’s in Brisbane - the staff and management are fantastic, lovely people. They look after our fur babies Cooper & Harlow with exceptional & professional care, and our babies always come home very happy, healthy and well socialised. We are very thankful for Hanrob’s and their wonderful staff and services.

Our British Bulldog Winston absolutely loves staying at Hanrob Brisbane. He really enjoys the additional playtime. The staff are amazing.

Our dog Landy has had a few visits to Hanrob Pet Hotel Brisbane at Eagle Farm and we (and he) couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, the staff and the overall set up at Hanrob.
Landy can get a bit anxious but he loves his stays, particularly sharing with a little fur friend who they match up beautifully.
He always comes home happy and relaxed and we are happy knowing that not only is he safe and well looked after but he is enjoying his break away as well.

Their service was excellent and they made our boy Pumba feel extremely welcome and happy to stay there (and he has separation anxiety normally!!). The facility is really nice and clean and friendly, like the staff. Everyone is happy and I believe this rubs off on their guests. Pumba came home very happy and we will always be leaving him at Hanrob when we can't take him with us. The report cards are very nice to get to know how he was during his stay too.

I recently boarded my dog Keefie at Hanrob brisbane and couldn't be more happy with the service. With my dog being highly anxious the staff reassured me that he would receive the best care which gave me peace of mind. The staff stayed in touch with me during his stay and updated me on how he was settling in. When i picked him up, he looked great and smelt beautiful after his bath and i loved the report card on departure. I will be using Hanrob for my dogs future visits.

We were so nervous the first visit, leaving our puppy for the first time, but she loved it. The staff were so genuine. When we went back a few months later Oluca was super excited to be back. Thank you for making it so pain free.

We had to go overseas and needed to find a place that could look after our elderly Henry Beagle for a month. When we collected Henry Beagle from Hanrob he hadn't gained/lost weight, was clean (cleaner than we've ever managed when bathing him!) and was a very happy and relaxed dog. He came back to us in a better condition than when he stayed at another kennel. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the place was clean. Thank you to all the staff at Brisbane Hanrob.

When we checked out Hanrob before we put our spoodle Marley there, we found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and the glass doors gave us a perfect view of what was happening on the other side , kennels and play grounds. It was a first for us to leave Marley for 9 days! We actually stayed in contact with them via email and received updates and photos of our baby. We were able to bring in our own food for her, which we thought was great as she has a different diet. When we finally picked her up she looked really happy and looked after. We wouldn't hesitate to put Marley in the Hanrob pet hotel again. Thanks again to the great team at Hanrob
