Hello Charlie

I started off just ordering econappies from Hello Charlie because they were a competitive price and offered fast & free delivery. I was soon finding lots of other great items to buy on their site like gifts, eco laundry products and more. The service has been great too.

I have purchased many items from Hello Charlie, always online as I live a long way from the store. My purchases always arrive quickly and in good condition. I love that they have a huge range of quality products at a reasonable price.

I had a few issues with the product I purchased through Hello Charlie and each time I was helped immediately, the solution was quick and stress free and there was a great follow up service to ensure all was well. I can't recommend these guys enough, they have been a joy to deal with :)

This place is great! To have a local shop to get inovative baby gear is sooo good! And the lady who runs it is very helpful. They stock all the latest goodies, organic wears, creams and lotions, toys and books....it's the one stop shop. best of all you can browse online too! AND they have online assistance!! Thumbs up! A little on the pricy side though...but for the convenience it's great!

They have great natural products and deliver really fast. They have a lot of information about their products on their website. I also love that they use online chat, so I get an answer on my question immediately.

A great little shop that offers online shopping too! You can get little bits and pieces that are unique and cool! I bought my merino gogo bag from there along with natural toothpaste; a cool set of bowls and more. A bit expensive but that's what these stores are like! Worth an online look!

Great experience with Hello Charlie. I have ordered numerous times with Hello Charlie and receive smooth, fast service every time. One time an item was damaged in the post so I called Vanessa and she rectified the situation within the hour! Very impressed! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Placed an order for reusable pullups (superundies) hard to find in Aus, and accidentally put the wrong size! Hello Charlie we're kind enough to return my after hours call first thing and although I needed to wait for stock to arrive I was happy to receive a call they were in much earlier than anticipated, and had my goods interstate in 2 days! Great customer service, would highly recommend this store. Can't really fault the price, it is in close comparison to the overseas pricing and Still better than disposables.

Received my order very quickly. Nappies are well priced, I usually order the Bambo Nature ones in bulk and it works out very reasonable. Love the cheat sheets especially the one on baby wipes and sunscreen.

We have ordered from Hello Charlie several times and there has never been a problem. Their range, prices, free shipping and discount offers are great. Their range of quality products is very good. On one occasion we needed to return a piece of clothing that didn't fit our daughter. No problem - they organised a replacement with no hassle. We will continue to order from them.

They have a really great range of organic baby items, and don't charge a fortune for shipping which is fantastic. My order arrived very quickly, and I'm totally delighted with it. Will be shopping at Hello Charlie again!

Hello Charlie have great customer service, fast delivery and a fantastic product range. I order my baby wipes and nappy liners from them regularly and every experience has been great so far :) The website is really easy to use and makes comparing products easy.

First time I have used Hello Charlie. I rang up the distributor for Bambo nappies after my eco store stopped stocking them. The saleswoman was very helpful and gave me many options, discussed prices with me and then told me about Hello Charlie. She also told me they were having a sale but were closing down for Christmas that day so advised me to place an order quickly if I wanted them delivered before Christmas. I went online and discovered other ranges of Bambo nappies I didn't know about. I noticed the website had a pop up box to get instant online help. I have never used something like that before and was sceptical about how quickly I would get a reply. To my pleasant surprise I got an instant reply that completely answered all my queries and was friendly. I was very happy. Best of all my nappies were delivered the very next day. The price of nappies was even cheaper than my local eco shop (which up until then had been the cheapest I had ever seen them) and delivery was free. Best of all it's another easy purchase I can make without going out (I'm a mother of four). Couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Thank you!

Hello Charlie is a fantastic business. Products are superb, and usually arrive the day after I place my order! Love the cheat sheets too, they were really informative, and helped me decide which products to use. Customer service is great, whether online, over the phone or in person at their showroom. They even chased up an order for me when the post office made a mistake!
