I didnt deal with the staff as i ordered online but had no problems doing my order. i liked getting emails on updates of my order. quick and cheap delivery. definately will be buying more nappies as needed from here - i have looked at alot of other sites with the same brands and this one is definately well worth it, and i have already told a few friends having babies also.

Very helpful customer service over the phone, and the order arrived promptly. The product (a portable high chair) was good quality, and very reasonably priced. My only slight issue was the flat postage fee - $7.50 is extremely reasonable for larger items, but seemed a little expensive for a small item like this.

I recently found the Hello Charlie website when looking for eco friendly baby products and lucky I did! I received fantastic customer service when I asked about a particular nappy they did not stock. Vanessa made every effort to find them and was happy to try to order them in for me. When it was found that the company no longer existed, I was sent out samples to try of other nappies that they did stock.
