Fantastic customer service from Hello, Charlie! and a really beautiful range of products. I always receive my deliveries in record time, and in my last delivery the team had even included some lovely treats (lollies) scattered throughout the box for us to find while we unpacked the rest of the goodies! A handwritten note was also included, which added a very nice touch, along with a voucher to use on my next order. Thanks guys!

Hello Charlie has a great environmentally friendly focus. They have a great range of products and are well priced. The box it was sent in was re-used and looked like it had been several times already.
They sent the order quickly, but one of the items we ordered was not sent. Another item was included which luckily was similar to the original ordered.

Always helpful with competitive prices and prompt free delivery (with certain $ value ordered which always works out for us). Will use again and again.
