I have been a customer for over 6 years, specifically buying Bambo Nature nappies. The product offerred is 2nd to none. The website is user friendly and the loyalty program very worthwhile. Ordering and delivery is efficient and prompt. Since finding bambo nappies, I have not returned to the supermarket brands due to Bambo's superior absorbancy and fit, gentleness on skin, fun motifs, bulk availability and Eco friendly manufacture

Hello Charlie is the perfect business for the eco conscious parent or anyone wanting the best quality products for their children. I've been using Hello Charlie since before my first baby was born and continue to use them because of their fantastic products, competitive prices and very prompt and reliable delivery, even to our semi-rural address. They are also very informative, regularly notifying about new products, latest research and answering any questions you may have about any of their products. I've recommended Hello Charlie to many people and continue to do so.

I was searching for a particular product that was sold in many places. Although Hello Charlie wasn't the cheapest (nor the most expensive by a long way) website for the actual product, when I researched the postage costs it certainly became the cheapest. Other websites with the product a bit cheaper had ridiculous postage costs, but Hello Charlie's was very reasonable and then made my overall purchase cheaper than other sellers!

My products then turned up a couple days later (in a very timely manner). I was very happy with the focus on recycled packaging and encouraging me to also recycle the box it came in.

I also really like the personal (hand written) note to me thanking me for my business and the lollies!

Hello Charlie offer a wide range of organic / eco-friendly baby products which don't cost the earth. The sales team are friendly and provide a welcome personal touch, and most orders arrive within a couple of days (depending on where you live, obviously)

I absolutely love this company. I have ordered a few times from them and it is more like ordering from a family friend. They seem to genuinely care and often pop a little surprise into the parcel!Their service,while being a little more personal than bigger companies is still accurate and very prompt. Had an issue with getting charged twice when I ordered my items. This is just as likely my fault as it was there's. One quick email to advise them and it was fixed with a refund of the duplicated amount and a receipt to show ASAP. I put my order in on Saturday afternoon and got the package on Tuesday morning (7:30am!!). Super quick and super professional, will use again for sure.

I little frustrating when told part of order was damaged...would have appreciated advice on alternative rather than find that I had duplicated what was originally ordered...offered disc.not necessary.

The range is fantastic, the service is amazing. They are always happy to help, add to an order, assist when you've got computer issues and even gift wrap. The prices are comparable and often cheaper than other sites.

Excellent range of good quality products at really competitive prices - beats mothercare, parenthood and baby bunting on some items. I was really impressed that I could pick up something that I wanted urgently. Also appreciated different payment options including direct deposit. For my second order I opted for delivery and was really happy with how quickly it arrived. I will definitely order from this site again.
