I do not recommend Henley, because 1. My land was less than what they actually sold 2. The promotions they offered me is nicely refuted with an apology despite documents in black and white 3. Their drawing disparities are penalized with extra money 4. Emails are not reciprocated for a month but quick if you are on the dock 5. Departmental infighting between employees cause financial burden to customers 6. Dishonor their own commitments and promises. Everything is nice until you sign the contract, then starts your worst experience. I have to say my site supervisor was excellent but the administration incapacitated his efficiency, thus my bad luck. I won't drive to Henley one more time.

Henley built our first home finishing december 2012. i cannot fault anything from start to finish, i would have no problem dealing with Henley again. i was a bit scared about going through them as i had read many reveiws and majority were bad, (hence the reason i decided to reveiw as many only reveiw the bad and dont give praise) loved the henley building experience!!!

Recently built with Henley properties. My experience with building my home was very positive, emails and phone calls were always returned, anything and everything I wanted clarified was immediately to the very end of the construction. Great with fixing any issues you have after you have finished building. Would highly recommend.

You do not get what is displayed in the homes, although they display the larger size house, what they dont tell you is that the smaller size house (with the same name) is completley different. They also tried to change building materials for cheaper ones, even though the better materials are stated in their contracts. You need to really look over your contract and see what you get before you sign it. Have been intimidated by building supervisors into not making a complaint. Not happy with these big builders treating us like we dont know anything about building.

I'm currently building my first home with Henley Properties and so far (touch wood) I have not experienced any of the usual building dilemmas and troubles nor have any nightmare stories. I've received great service from friendly staff and my house is taking shape very quickly. I found Henley had a lot of inclusions that other builders call extras - in the end this is how they got my business.
