Don't order the "Mixed Seafood Basket" unless you have a large tolerance for greasy food. Normally the food here is average but edible, but this meal was far too greasy for our liking and lots was left on the plate.

Lovely atmosphere. Love the food and love the service. Hervey Bay RSL staff are so very helpful, and the environment is a friendly one. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Hervey Bay Rsl, Is such a welcoming and friendly environment. Great food and great drinks ( coffee and tea ). I always find myself here ordering the chicken and salad wrap from the cafe area, I think it is one of the best wraps around. Not to mention very cheap and affordable.

While on passing through your area myself and my family went to your dining area. The place was amazing and I would definitely return when in the area again soon :)

I really enjoy dining at the RSL. They have a great family dining atmosphere and provide delicious affordable meals. I always get the rump steak when I dine there because the mushroom sauce they serve with my meal, along with the salad buffet is just beautiful. I love that they have a kids club room for our children to play while my husband and I relax with a drink. The live entertainment is enjoyable and their raffles are great.

The RSL has the best chicken parmigiana iv ever eaten. It was a huge meal and not a fault with it. The staff are the friendliest rsl staff i have come across, the club is great and our whole family had a wonderful night

Well we went to the RSL for a combined birthday meal- and thank heavens were very pleasantly surprised- at last they have picked up -the food was very good-plenty of it- and ever so tasty-we had stopped going to the RSL because the standard of food had waned- but this time I was so so pleased to have accepted the invitation to have another try- family had taken friends only a month ago and said it was picking up- I am so glad I did return- thanks RSL- staff are friendly - the club is under new construction so the numbers were way down- -BUT the quality & service has picked back up- cost is reasonable- a very pleasant evening- and drinks and meals get the thumbs up for sure-

When I tried the meals here, they weren't that great. The Hervey Bay RSL isn't on my list of favourite places to eat. My family and I haven't eaten there since.

The quality of the meals at this RSL have been steadily going down-hill for the past 2 or 3 years while the prices go up, sorry to say. We no longer go there for meals.

Quoted from my 19 year old daughter "It's the first RSL I've been to that isn't full of old people" and it is true it is really great for all ages for an enjoyable night out.
