Called up to get a quote on some work to be done, this guy was extremely honest with me and was happy to take the time to hear me out in detail to provide an accurate estimate. In the end, it seemed that the work may not be worth completing (as I will sort something else out) however HRA electrical was more than happy to let me know of this fact immediately in a honest way and explain why. Will certainly be contacting him for any electrical work in the future - he's an honest local in my area.
